In the English city of Southampton, Hampshire, a domestic cat named Jaffa Cake fell from a height of 55 meters and survived. Reported by The Mirror.

Carley Burke, 21, could not find Jaffa Kake in the 18th-floor apartment. Then she remembered that the last time she saw the pet on the windowsill by the open window. The hostess looked out into the street, noticed the cat on the asphalt near the house and immediately took it to the veterinary clinic. According to her, Jaffa Cake's face was swollen and she coughed up blood.

Burke had to leave the animal with doctors overnight. “I was so nervous, she never climbed the windows,” she admitted. The next morning, the woman came to the clinic expecting to hear bad news. “However, I was told that my cat was fine,” explained the owner. - It's just incredible. We were all so surprised: she didn't even have fractures."

Veterinarian Victoria Couzens confirmed that the clinic was surprised by the incident. “Awesome, she escaped with minor scratches,” said Cousins. “I've never heard a cat fall from such a decent height and remain unharmed. This is a truly unique cat."
