The National Police of Ukraine launched a pre-trial investigation to verify information about the presence of biological laboratories in the country, which conduct biomedical experiments on citizens. This is stated in the response of the department to the request of the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the party "Opposition Platform - For Life" Renat Kuzmin, published on his Facebook page.
According to the parliamentarian, we are talking about the functioning of the US military bacteriological laboratories.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine said that there are no foreign biological laboratories in the country, and urged not to spread fakes. The Ministry of Health later reported that the United States provided assistance to Ukrainian laboratories, which were built and modernized as part of a program to prevent the spread of biological weapons.
In June, Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Alexander Lukashevich, said that Moscow is concerned about the activity of American "dual-use" laboratories located in Ukraine and Georgia. Under the guise of fighting the epidemic, dangerous experiments are being conducted there, he said.
Renat Kuzmin, a deputy from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, who was one of the first to draw attention to the problem, is sure that the laboratories are engaged in intelligence and "activities to create bacteriological weapons and test some harmful viruses on Ukrainian Slavs."
