In the database on observations of anomalous phenomena in the city of Togliatti and in all neighboring territories, formed from eyewitness reports for more than a quarter of a century, there are many reports of UFOs that are tied in various ways to the territory of Samara Luka. No matter how paradoxical some of them may seem at first glance, all are worthy of attention and subsequent study.
Here are just some of the descriptions of unusual phenomena known to us.
Summer 1990, near the village of Perevoloki, a figure of a man covered in black was seen flying noiselessly across the sky. It is impossible to say whether it was really a person, or something only outwardly similar to a person. This case could seem like a figment of fantasy, if such observations were not recorded at different times throughout the country.
On September 3, 2004, from half past four to seven o'clock in the morning from the Shluzovoy microdistrict in the direction of Zhiguli, a gray metal object hovering in the sky was observed, surrounded by a ring of 15 brightly glowing "lights".
On a late summer evening in 2002, several eyewitnesses (a family vacationing on the Kopylovo Peninsula) monitored the actions of a brightly glowing globular object for more than one hour. This "ball" changed its visible shape, released beams that either descended to the water and "fumbled" over it, then "pulled in" or rose if ships were passing along the Volga under them. One of the onlookers thought that if there are intelligent beings inside this object, then let the object stretch a ray in her direction - immediately the ray would reach her. The woman's husband shone a flashlight to the side not far from the shore (something on the surface of the water caught his attention), and a beam immediately stretched out from the object in the same direction. It is characteristic that in the place where the UFO beam touched the water, the water seemed to "explode", that is, a very strong boiling began.
We were also interested in another detail of this bright event. When the eyewitnesses had just arrived at their place of rest, they noticed that there was a brightly glowing "spot" under water about a hundred meters from the shore. Moreover, no natural reasons for the appearance of such a backlight were observed. A barge was moving in the direction of this spot, and the “spot” moved aside - as if it allowed the barge to pass, and then returned to its place.

Similar light "oddities" (light spots on the water area, splashdown and the appearance of UFOs from under the water) have been noticed many times. For example, in 1992, vacationers on the Togliatti beach noticed how a brightly glowing "point" appeared in the sky over the Volga, as it approached, the shape of this object in the form of a "double stupa" became distinguishable. This "stupa" was absorbed by a strange light beam that rose from under the water (this case is described in the article "Where do the" stars "fly").

Eyewitnesses also reported other strange objects that periodically appear over the Volga waters within the Zhigulevsky coast. So, for example, one day in early spring (in the backwaters there were still remnants of non-melting ice) a group of young people noticed a “very thick short log” about three meters long and about one and a half meters in diameter floating along the shore of a reservoir in the Avtozavodsky region, as they initially thought. Small submarine in the Kuibyshev reservoir? Why not. However, according to subsequent calculations, the speed of this object was about 100 km / h (as far as we know, the average speed of submarines is 30 knots, i.e. just over 50 km / h), the maneuverability also exceeded all expectations - the object in front of eyewitnesses braked sharply, turned at a right angle and went under the water.
Quite a lot of eyewitness reports are received annually from villages located on the territory of Samarskaya Luka about observations of globular and cigar-like unidentified objects. These objects are often used to move the helicopter routes of the Syzran helicopter base or "corridors" of civil aviation aircraft, however, it is quite easy to distinguish them in flight from ordinary flying vehicles by a number of signs.
Some of these UFOs "land" somewhere in the center of Samarskaya Luka. If you ask why they do it and what they need there, then there is no answer to this question yet. But places with abnormal activity can be identified by studying the behavior of insects and animals. Animals, especially cats and dogs, often react to the presence of UFOs, even when such objects are still outside the range of human vision. Most likely, our pets, due to their biological device, perceive radiation or sounds emitted by UFOs and, as a rule, are inaccessible to human perception. It is known that many animals have sharper hearing, vision, are more susceptible to vibrations that lie outside the visible spectrum (I am not even talking about the parapsychological abilities inherent in our smaller brothers). I.e,if some anomalous phenomenon is accompanied by radiation in the form of radio waves or ultrasound, then animals are able to detect this radiation.

It is interesting that the reaction of some species of animals (dogs, pigeons, reptiles - they are also called biological precursors) to the imminent appearance of UFOs and to the beginning earthquakes is very similar. But it was noticed that up to 40 percent of UFO sightings occur in areas of seismic activity of the Earth - tectonic faults, mountain ranges. Perhaps it was not for nothing that Nicholas Roerich believed that the UFO base was in the Himalayas. It is possible that in local stalker circles it is not for nothing that the opinion exists that somewhere in the center of Samarskaya Luka there is a similar UFO base.
The desire out of curiosity to stick your nose where you shouldn't, is inherent in both humans and their pets. And at the same time, it is worth taking a closer look at the behavior of animals, especially in nature. For example, if your four-legged companion shows, say, unmotivated fear (from your point of view, unmotivated), then you should trust him and change the place of walking. It may well be that you do not see the cause of his fear, but he sees or hears. But after close contact with UFOs in both animals and humans, burns, paralysis, depression were observed, apparently due to microwave radiation, the source of which is often similar objects. So precautions are not superfluous here.
But cats are a special matter here too. For example, electrical wiring and household appliances are known to emit an electromagnetic field. It affects human health negatively, and for a cat, it is believed, is not dangerous. Perhaps that is why domestic murkas love to sleep on washing machines, TVs, near monitors so much.
Favorite place for domestic cats
Perhaps the same radiation could attract cats to UFO landing sites or to their underground habitats. We were prompted to such an idea by a case investigated by our colleague, scientific director of the information-analytical center "Neposanoe" Vitaly Pravdivtsev. He did not immediately tell the general public about this story, and there were good reasons for that.
So 2011, autumn, our headquarters
Vitaly Leonidovich began by mentioning that this story began in the mid-1960s. A resident of a village near Tallinn was digging a well in his yard. The shovel bumped into a solid object. Digging up the find or bypassing it led nowhere, the unknown object was very large. Accordingly, it was impossible to establish the nature of the object. Frustrated by the unexpected obstacle, the owner of the site took up a jackhammer.
The top, very hard layer was not thick. A second layer with a layered texture was found under it. A few days later, the hole was nevertheless punched, water went into the well, and at this stage the excavation work was completed. The fragments of the object were thrown away, and only one of them, left as a souvenir, in 1969 ended up on the desk of one of the researchers at the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the Estonian SSR. Another employee accidentally touched the shard. And here the first strangeness awaited everyone. The engineer who touched the artifact lost consciousness as if from a powerful electrical discharge. The researcher who got this splinter was shocked: he himself took the sample himself, but nothing like this happened to him. He began his own research.
The shard was cut with diamond saws into several thin plates, and two saws were disabled by superhard inclusions. For more than ten years, a sample of object "M" was transferred for analysis to various laboratories of the capital's institutes (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Research Institute of Rare Metal Industry, All-Union Institute of Mineral Resources, Institute of Aviation Materials, etc.). Nobody has ever been able to get their hands on the results of these studies in full. Therefore, only the following information is known about this artifact.
The chemical composition of the artifact included 38 elements of the periodic table, many of which do not occur together in nature. According to the conclusion of academician I. F. Obraztsov and Professor A. I. Elkin (MISS), the sample was "a composite material reinforced with calcium-iron-silicon fibers, the matrix of which is metallic glass." “The use of alloys of this type as a structural material in aviation technology is unknown. An alloy of this type must have high heat resistance, have high resistance in a boiling mixture of acids of any concentration, "said Academician S. Kishkin (VIAM). According to a number of specialists, the material was most likely obtained by the method of powder metallurgy at extremely high pressures, which cannot be obtained on Earth at the current level of development of science and technology. By itself,the conclusion was that if it is impossible to obtain such material on Earth, then the artifact is a product of a non-human civilization. Judging by the depth of occurrence (see diagram), he lay in this place for more than one hundred years. Academician HH Sotchevanov expressed himself quite definitely on this score. Due to the incomprehensibility of the situation, the study of the object was stopped. Officially discontinued. Although after that, various Soviet and foreign personalities appeared at the anomalous place, who semi-officially, and some with all official permissions, conducted some experiments with not always intelligible content. Some of them left the scene in a very satisfied mood. The Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense was even going to start drilling three wells around the object in order to place special equipment in them. However, drilling never started.
In September of the same year, a key researcher of this object died unexpectedly of a heart attack, and a safe with documents on the object disappeared from his office. A year later, his main research partner also passed away. Shortly before his death, he said that he had, as they say, "under unclear circumstances" lost the last piece of the artifact.
However, what does the cat have to do with it? The feline part of the epic investigation of the location of an unknown object was recorded even when our interlocutor personally visited this place. He noted how cats gather from all sides to the "epicenter". The landlord smiled: "Yes, they come to us from all over the area and lie on this patch for hours, it was you who scared them at first."

Apparently, having forgotten that cats adore pathogenic energy, field studies were continued that day. But in vain. By the evening of the same day, our interlocutor and his operator (the events were filmed for a future documentary) fell with a temperature of 38 degrees, although there were no prerequisites for illness. The director, although he did not go to the "epicenter", had to sacrifice his hair - it was falling from him for three days. Then one of the members of the group fell sharply vision, and never recovered. Another had an inflamed maxillary sinus, the victim had to be hospitalized. For exactly a year, everyone did not go through a state of constant weakness. And the owner of the house, after opening the UFO with a jackhammer, gave up his legs. Far from being an old man, he lay motionless for 7 years and died. The doctors tried to find out exactly where they all got under the radiation …
This is how the behavior of our furry pets can help us choose the right way of our own behavior in places that are notable for anomalies. For the sake of objectivity, I will say that domestic cats choose their favorite resting places, first of all, where they are closer to the person they adore, and not where they are “sharper” … We just need to be attentive to what is happening around us. And the fact that very close to us there are objects with unknown properties that are still in effect at the present time, this is no longer a version, but a fact.
