There is curious information in Project Disclosure that several military and intelligence witnesses who were members of the Strategic Air Command and other nuclear specialists have testified that UFOs are real and appear to be concerned about our nuclear weapons.
The project has received direct testimony from witnesses, whose documents and supporting evidence prove that UFOs have controlled major nuclear facilities since at least the 1950s. While the UFOs were not hostile, they seemed to be very concerned about weapons of mass destruction. In one UFO incident over the SAC Nuclear launch site, more than a dozen ICBMs were disabled.
UFO neutralizes nuclear missiles
US Air Force Lt. Col. Dwynn Arneson states: “I was the top secret Air Force control officer of the 20th Air Division. I happened to find out a message that came through my contact center. It said that a UFO was spotted near missile silos. The team on duty saw everything. The UFO just hovered in the air. It was a metal round object, and as far as I understand, all the rockets were inoperative because of it. Something turned these missiles off so that they couldn't be put back into launch mode."
Here's another statement. Captain Robert Salas - SAC Missile Launch Officer (1964-1971) reports: “The UFO incident occurred on the morning of March 16, 1967 on Flight Oscar, one of five launch controls assigned to the 490th Strategic Missile Squadron. A guard called me and said that he and his teammates observed some strange lights flying around the pad and launch controls. I said you mean UFO? He made me understand that he does not know what it could be. Objects don't look like planes or helicopters. They moved completely silently. Our missiles began to shut down one by one. I mean, they came to a state where they could no longer be started. These were missiles with nuclear warheads. The incident caused extreme concern at headquarters because they could not explain it."

Missiles destroyed by aliens
From Retired Colonel Ross Dedrickson, US Air Force, Atomic Energy Commission: “After leaving the Air Force, I joined Boeing and was in charge of accounting for the Minuteman missile fleet. Once there was a case when a UFO was seen following a rocket that was taking off into space. He directed the beam at the missile and neutralized it. I also learned about a number of incidents: a couple of nuclear missiles sent into space were destroyed by aliens. The aliens disarmed the weapon as it headed towards the moon. The idea of any explosion in space by the Earth government is not acceptable to aliens, and it has been demonstrated over and over again."
Professor Robert Jacobs, Lieutenant of the US Air Force 1369th Photo Squadron, recalls: “We tested ballistic missiles that were supposed to deliver nuclear weapons to their target. It was my responsibility to supervise the photographic footage of every missile that fell westward onto the test site. Once something strange got into the frame. The object flew into frame and fired a beam of light at the warhead. And this despite the fact that she flew at a speed of several thousand miles per hour! The UFO managed to launch a beam of light onto the warhead, hit, fly around it at high speed and disappear in an unknown direction."
And finally, the testimony of Harland Bentley: “I went to graduate school in nuclear engineering and since 1963 worked under contract with NASA, the Department of Energy and other firms in the District of Columbia. I was at a facility in California. I can't say too much, but when our astronauts looped around the moon in 1967 or 1968, I heard them say they saw a ghost (the term used for UFOs), it was a different type of ship. They saw some creatures. They did not describe them, they just photographed them. About the UFO they said it was a saucer-shaped ship."
