A project under this name, under pressure from the public of the United States of America, was opened in 1947. It was supposed to collect, systematize and subject to scientific analysis evidence of contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations. This is for the public. In reality, "Blue Book" was filled with a collection of primitive information about UFOs with the main goal of the military - to create a program of disinformation of the population. To cover up the true attention of governments and presidents to the exploration of extraterrestrial intelligence, its technology and presence on Earth.

The largest unidentified flying object (UFO) panic occurred in the United States of America in the immediate aftermath of World War II. The country, separated from the rest of the world by two oceans, understood that the Soviet Union would be recovering from Hitler's heap for decades. And there was no more threat from Europe. But then UFOs appeared, against which there were no barriers - neither water, nor ground, nor air.
The two original projects, Sign and Grudge, have amassed thousands of records of UFO flights. And not only the testimony of ordinary citizens, as often happens today, but also the close contact of the US Air Force aircraft and the technology of extraterrestrial civilizations.

At the same time, the contactees-pilots of the Air Force, after being examined by psychologists and psychiatrists, forcibly referred to secondary military roles in the Middle East. Obviously, so as not to excite the hearts of Americans on their own continent with real stories about contacts with unidentified flying objects.

Even during the Blue Book project in the United States, it became known about the UFO abduction of Hill's husband and wife. Their car was chased by an incredible light from the sky. For two hours everything vanished from their memory. Under hypnosis by a psychiatrist, the couple said that they were abducted by beings that barely resemble humans. Medical experiments were carried out on them. Then the couple was released.
Abductions were recorded in all English-speaking countries, as well as in China, India, except Australia, up to the 80s of the last century. This fact alarmed. Obviously, the bestsellers of two famous American inventors, Hopkin and Trieber, about extraterrestrial intelligence, especially about kidnapping, have not yet reached there. In different countries, the testimony of the "abducted" coincided with the terms ("quasi-medical research") and quotations from these books.

In September 1951, US Air Force locators in Fort Manmet showed an unknown flying object on the display above an air defense fighter. And the height was prohibitive for those years, even for fighters - 28.3 km. Less than eleven kilometers remained to the mesosphere. The operators visually recorded this silvery point.
This is simply not possible for airplanes. The pilots identified a disc-shaped UFO with a diameter of 10-15 meters.

The project has inspected over twelve thousand visual observations of "plates", "triangles", "ovals", "rhombuses". 701 observations remained unidentified. The observation period is twenty-two years. The masses of American inhabitants would have kept them in suspense for longer, but the military could no longer find excuses for the threat to national security, which no one and nothing from Space had threatened for the past two decades. This was the first demand to recognize the need to close the Book.
The second point stated that UFOs are within the framework of technical terrestrial technologies, and no evidence has been found that UFOs are the transport of extraterrestrial civilizations. And this despite the fact that by 1968 a plane for an interstellar flight had already been created. And his test went on. Didn't they get the knowledge for its creation from UFOs ?! Or maybe the Shuttle for flights to space stations in Earth orbit is also from this interstellar series.
Nothing more than hysteria "observers"
The Blue Book developed criteria for what guided people who saw UFOs and reported them to the authorities. This was a manifestation of collective hysteria; facts created personalities for the sake of deception or advertising for themselves, they are tired of being in the shadows; another category is psychos.
Ufologists, organizations that conducted individual investigations, argued that the project members were tuned in to adjust the conclusions to public hysteria.
This was confirmed by the latest data from the Central Intelligence Agency regarding the study of UFOs. Any message from the population, pilots, was passed through a sieve of scouts, and if they were deemed inexplicable or aroused unhealthy public interest, it was thrown into the basket even before it was included in the Blue Book. So where is the truth really?
