It is not in any way conditioned by the plot, but simply interspersed into the film, as dotted references were interspersed in "old chronicles", "photographs and drawings of the 19th century", "photos of the restorations of 1901, 1919-20, 1931".
Without a doubt, the object was captured during construction started in the same season. There is no lawn on it, but only bare ground. Some of the ancient megaliths have not yet been erected. There are some interesting shots, most of all taken in the immediate vicinity of Stonehenge.
In the second frame, the most interesting thing is the tree. By the beginning of construction, it was, but now, as you know, it is not, and it is absent in all "old engravings and photos of the XIX - early XX centuries." In other words, by the end of construction, the tree was removed and the old things were made without it. This detail was simply overlooked by the counterfeiters. Frames 2 and 3 have terrain bindings and grass missing from the finished part of the building.
In the frame from 15:34 to 15:56, the camera travels on rails that cannot be laid if all megaliths are present in full completeness, i.e. they were not there at the time of shooting.
At the end of the fragment, the view of Stonehenge is far from the usual appearance of the finished object. First, megaliths appear, which are not in the final version of Stonehenge.
