Magic shirts are extremely useful. At the same time, there are many types of such clothing with different functionality and impact strength.

It is believed that shirts are not personalized artifacts. That is, it was quite possible to take away the magic rag you liked from a weaker or just stupid opponent. In fact, a magic shirt is not uncommon, so there were always not so many hunters to select clothes (often not the cleanest - after a battle) instead of weapons and armor.

Conspiracy shirts were made both by witches and sorcerers, and simply by caring wives. The secrets of making, according to legend, were kept secret, even if it was simply a question of using this very shirt to ward off the husband from the pub. The desire of magicians to keep the patent on technology is quite understandable, although in fairness it is worth noting that sometimes witches still shared their secrets with ordinary people (such a master class of average utility).

Types of shirts

There are probably no less technologies for making magic shirts than recipes for cooking borscht. Apparently, they were also done by trial and error. Of course, the functionality was different for the little things. The strength of the impact could fluctuate in general, even for the products of the hands of the same magician - the process was painstaking and creative, strongly dependent on the mood of the master. There are several main types of magic shirts.

Werewolf shirts

Perhaps this type of shirt is the most expensive and rare. He made it possible to turn into any animal for any required amount of time.

Such artifacts were made to order, while the work was not only difficult and painstaking, but the process could still be quite unpleasant and even painful. And here's why: the nettles used to make werewolf shirts had to be torn off by the hands of the master himself. On top of that, most manufacturing techniques required observance of vows, such as a one-year silence.

For a finished item, and not a made-to-order item, they overpayed several times.

Flight Shirts

This type of magic shirt is not very popular compared to the latter due to the large number of alternative flying means. But in the case when the hero needs to get into a foreign city and take something from there, without burdening himself with the search for the necessary artifacts for flight, such a thing is irreplaceable. Apparently, that's why it took root.

Flight shirts were made of "lightest fluff", or rather, poplar or dandelion fluff. Naturally, here, too, it was not without prohibitions, subtleties and specific rituals. Wind direction, moon phase, location and collection method - all these factors influenced the strength of the impact. Not a single hero wanted to fall in the middle of an enemy city, so they were extremely picky about the masters.

Protective shirts

This class covers many types: here and shirts for protection in battle, and fireproof, and even those that are designed to protect from excessive drinking. How much the last property liked the valiant warriors themselves is a moot point.

Such shirts were made both to order by the most experienced magicians, and by girls or wives of warriors.

Both the canvas itself and drawings, embroidery and other decorative elements acted as a talisman. However, even now they are drawn to the origins: they choose natural fabrics, sew to order, gravitate towards shirts with embroidery.

As an artifact, magic shirts are found in both Russian and European mythology.
