Once upon a time, in the antediluvian times, a certain advanced mind, one might say the genius of our ancestor, invented one of the most advanced means of transportation - show jumping. The idea was unique. To prevent the left-handed rides of thieving coachmen along unplanned routes, it was decided to lay metal rails along which covered wheeled carts on metal wheels were launched.
Steel mills and heavy rolling mills for casting rails were built. Stone pavements in the cities were blown up and railway tracks were laid along the streets.
These carts with benches were placed on these routes, with a platform in the front for the coachman, and they called this cart a tram. And so that the coachman did not have crazy thoughts to move to the left route, the tram was made so heavy that the horse harnessed to it could not physically move it outside the rail.
And only later, the smarter descendants equipped the tram with an electric motor. Although I had to lay additional wires and come up with current collectors. And they called these collectors pantographs. Most likely from the word show-off.
Centuries will pass, and no ponty historian will unearth this photograph:
and our descendants will finally gain an understanding of what a difficult path the flying scooter has gone through.

And what a sophisticated imagination the ancestors possessed when they built this intricate vehicle, equipped the wheels with rubber tires, shock absorbers and spokes designed for speeds that a mare cannot reach.
And by the way, most likely: What, however, then there were high-speed horses !!! This is proof of the theory of evolution!
