On the territory of our planet, many ancient labyrinths have been found, and they are very different - there are very small and really huge ones. But what were they for? One of the interesting theories is that labyrinths could be portals to parallel worlds.
It's far from the fact that all this is true, but the theory is really interesting. For the first time they started talking about it in the middle of the last century and its creator was not some ufologist, but quite a serious physicist and famous researcher - Hugh Everett.
According to the scientist's theory, our world is divided into many realities. Imagine a layer cake. And Everett believed that you can get into another reality through certain points.
It was his scientific works that inspired the famous scientist Nikolai Kozyrev. Kozyrev believed that special equipment was needed to move between realities.
And Everett insisted that ancient people could make such movements without the use of any technique. Among the peoples living in the north of Siberia, there are many legends, as if in the distant past people were able to move using labyrinths.
If you look at them from above, it can be noted that some of them resemble circular patterns, similar to human fingerprints. As for the territory of Russia, the researchers found most of the ancient labyrinths on the shores of the White Sea.

Therefore, supporters of alternative history believe that it was there that they were engaged in travel to a parallel reality. But there are such labyrinths not only in Russia - there are a huge number of them all over the world.
Take Ancient Egypt as an example. During the next excavations, archaeologists discovered a strange door with an inscription stating that whoever passes through it will be in another world.
After analyzing the find, the researchers gave the door about 3,500 years. The height of the door is more than one and a half meters, the width is about half a meter. And the most interesting thing is that there was nothing outside the door.
However, some researchers believe that the ancient priests could use it as a portal to another dimension. Similar labyrinths exist in Sri Lanka.
One of these megaliths was described by the Russian explorer Alexei Popov. It is a wall with a hole up to two meters in diameter. According to the legend of local peoples, through this hole you can get into another dimension.
