Anatoly Fokin, an amateur snowman hunter, made a real discovery last summer. In search of a taiga monster in a remote and deserted area, he came across stone balls, which had come from nowhere far from the mountain formations
The balls with a diameter of one to one and a half meters and, as it were, folded into separate heaps, resembled the clutches of fossilized eggs of some prehistoric giantosaurs. In addition, not far from the place of discovery, there is a famous dinosaur cemetery, where every year a river flood washes away the bones of our smaller great-grandfathers.
True, the researcher Fokin himself suggests that the stones are, rather, of a natural design. Say, the glacier rolled them so long, as long as the lane lumps from Scandinavia to Vyatka. But there are the same round stones in Costa Rica, which Anatoly knows about, and they are considered man-made there. They are called "the eighth wonder of the world" and are protected by the entire state. Here in Vyatka, there seemed to be no one to hew stone blocks into balls (although how to say?), Because the first suspicion that this is the work of mother nature.
But the drama is that Anatoly told about his discovery in the Kirov magazine "Realno". Geologists immediately went to the site, measured, photographed and spoke with knowledge of the matter that in Europe there is something similar only in a single place - on Franz Josef Land. But the round ones there are much smaller and less in number. However, tourists from all over the world come to see them. But if the Franz Josef Land is solid stones, then the appearance of stone balls on the Vyatka plain put science at a standstill.

Anatoly does not know what to do. Collecting stones is not prohibited by law. Therefore, in a few days this most unique place will probably be a wasteland with broken trees …
Therefore, we would like to urgently draw the attention of the Vyatka authorities to this corner of nature with this article. And call on them to somehow save what is still left in this mysterious place.
