The site change.org collects signatures for a petition, which, among others, specifies the requirement for mandatory chipping of officials. “I believe that modern technologies can and should be used not only in the interests of the presumptuous, arrogant officials from permissiveness and impunity, but also for the benefit of the citizens of the Russian Federation,” the author of the appeal said.
In particular, he proposes to hold a national referendum and make a number of decisions at it.
So, in the petition it is proposed to carry out obligatory chipping - "with a built-in microphone and video broadcasting 24/7" - of heads and all their deputies, who head ministries, departments, offices, councils and other entities belonging to each of the branches of power, including heads of rural and urban settlements … Also, the author of the petition proposed to conduct an all-Russian casting of "the most effective and practicing specialists in their industry."
“To establish a period of 5 years in any of the listed elective or appointed leadership positions, as well as a ban during this period for the officials themselves, as well as relatives of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd circles to study, receive medical treatment, travel abroad and acquire any assets there, including any purchases in foreign currency, the author continues. - To establish personal responsibility (administrative and criminal) for the results of the work of the area under their control without any preferences and loopholes after the completed 5 years.
In addition, it is proposed to establish a decent salary for the elected leaders and deputies for these five years (from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles) in exchange for the fact that, through the implanted chips, any citizen of the Russian Federation will be able to listen and watch daily life online 24/7 and the work of these persons "without the ability to shock through SMS."
“Naturally, all filmed audio and video materials for all 5 years should be written and saved on cloudy and hard media in case of disputable situations, if suddenly something. At the same time, in case of flatulence - modern technologies of artificial intelligence already now allow recognizing this sound and muffling it in real time so that there is no embarrassment,”the author of the petition shares his idea.
In his opinion, it will be possible to “physically” exclude the occurrence of corruption and “decisions harmful to the country”: “such 24/7 control simply will not leave the opportunity to do this”.
The author of the petition expressed the hope that it would be possible to “defeat the corruption infection”, recalling the words of “one great sage” that Russia had once dealt with both the Polovtsy and the Pechenegs.
