“The tsar bequeaths to his descendants his library, which is in a safe underground cache. The will tells where he is and how to get into it. The hiding place contains the most ancient documents, including fifteen thousand years ago, written on gold foil. All human history is recorded in these documents”.

This is a presentation in modern language of what Ivan the Terrible dictated shortly before his death. Yes, only it darkens more than clarifies. On the one hand, of course, it is clear: where the library is located is stated in the will. Well, where is the will itself? It was not possible to establish this for a very long time. After all, the tsar did not want it to be read by the wrong person, and ahead of time. And then, it was not only a will, but also a warning to distant descendants about the dangers that threatened them.

Therefore, in order for the tsar's will to fall into the right hands - and according to the idea of Ivan the Terrible, these should have been people of the early 20th century - a special secret order was created. Its representatives, as if replacing each other on watch, “led” the will to the people to whom it was addressed.

The royal message did not reach the exact address. And the explanation is simple. Remember what was happening in Russia at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. A series of wars within the country is the terrorism of revolutionaries of all stripes: from Bolsheviks to anarchists. Well, could the keepers of the will have made it public in such an explosive environment?

And yet Ivan, most likely, also foresaw the turmoil at the beginning of the 20th century. Therefore, his order was, just in case, made in several copies and carefully encrypted. The text of the will looks like an ordinary monument of ancient Slavic writing. It was carved on sets of beech planks, which ensured the durability of the document.

The secret order conscientiously carried out the order of the formidable king. But, alas, Soviet times came, and representatives of the order were executed as accomplices of the autocracy. As a result, all copies of the will remained in hiding places. All, except for one, who ended up in the library of a noble estate, the owners of which were also executed. The entire library of the estate was taken out. But the wooden plaques with Old Russian letters did not attract the attention of the expropriators. They remained scattered on the floor. When the Reds retreated, those that survived were picked up by White Army officer Ali Isenbek.

Later, the tablets fell into the hands of historians, but they did not find signs of secret writing in them and, considering them to be a true monument of ancient Slavic writing, were included in the famous "Veles Book".

So the tablets of the will of Ivan the Terrible would have been considered part of the Velesovaya Kniga, if not so long ago the independent research group Erbiye had not taken up the matter. The group is the most qualified. These are historians, ethnographers, linguists, and the highest class cipher clerks and computer scientists. Several years of their work have brought amazing results.

In his will, the tsar briefly introduces us to the entire history of mankind based on the materials of his library (it’s even difficult to imagine what details are written in the golden books of the library itself), and also predicts various dangers that lie in wait for the people of Earth in the future. It says in the will and about the secret of UFOs, and about who, when and for what purpose carved the Sphinx from the solid rock in Egypt, and who built the pyramids, and much, much more.

The complete deciphering of the written signs on the tablets has not yet been completed. And the planks themselves were not preserved in full. This is natural: after all, in the intertime between the reds and whites, local illiterate peasants visited that estate, who probably let part of the will be kindled.

So what do the specialists of the Erbiyer group have at their disposal? Exciting transcript of part of the will text. It turns out that the earthly civilization is one of the heirs of the space civilization of the Aryans, which originated in time immemorial, by human standards, on the planet Rusa in the Arion system. The Aryans created a man-made mind and with its help they practically conquered the Galaxy. In doing so, they used such types of weapons that smashed planets into dust and exploded stars. However, over time, the technogenic mind has outgrown its creators. He came out of obedience, staged a cosmic massacre and in 11940 BC. destroyed this ingenious but aggressive civilization.

But on the few planets not destroyed by the enraged robots, the underground bases of the Aryans with peaceful and military space technology remained. They also exist on Earth: several in Siberia, one in Tibet and one in the Moscow region.

So, it was near the entrance to the base near Moscow that Ivan the Terrible equipped his cache, and in the lost tablets of the discovered copy of his will it should be said (this follows from the adjacent parts of the text) how to get into the underground base of the Aryans. It is guarded by intelligent man-made systems, which are subject to robots. The king in his will calls them iron men. In order to get to the base, the robots must give the password specified in the will.

From a comparison of the information contained in the will and the facts of earthly history, the Erbiye group experts concluded that during the space massacre one of the Siberian bases was damaged. Since then, it has periodically attacked the planet with giant plasmoids hundreds of kilometers in diameter, causing global disasters. The most powerful emissions occur every 6660 years, and the least intense - every 3330 years. In our era, the first ejection took place in 1320, and the next is expected in 2010.

6660-year cycles 11940 and 4650 BC already twice almost brought the planet to destruction. Now we have to wait for the next monstrous energy release from this cycle.

Experts from the Erbiye group tried to figure out where the damaged Aryan underground base is. The information available to them suggests that it is located in the Upper Vilyuy area, in the area that the Tungus call Yelyuyu Cherkechekh (Death Valley). Tunguska legends tell in detail about its deadly impact on Siberia. When the giant plasmoid was ejected, the entire space beyond the Urals was burned out. And the fireball itself always flew away in a westerly direction and, having rounded the Earth, exploded near the equator.

Historians, however, consider the Tungus legends to be a retelling of even more distant oral legends telling about the volcanoes operating in Siberia. But the fact is that volcanic activity in this macro-region stopped when the Earth just began to take on its modern appearance, turning from a ball with a continuous fire-breathing surface into a green planet. Then there were no people on it, and the Aryans had not yet landed on it. So discussions about volcanoes in Siberia, when people already lived, are attempts to write with a pitchfork on the water.

But the facts available to historians related to recent catastrophes really deserve attention. Thus, the Tunguska meteorite of 1908, or, say, the Chulym bolide of 1984, according to Erbiyer specialists, are small energy emissions from an underground base, which are precursors of the ejection of a giant plasmoid. This is evidenced by the fact that the Chulym bolide exactly followed the trajectory of the Tunguska meteorite, but flew much further and exploded high in the air. What does this indicate? Yes, only that the energy charge of the base is growing and more and more intensively looking for a way out.

For thousands of years, the Tunguses themselves have been guided by these preliminary emissions and predicting them. In anticipation of each such, so to speak, mini-collapse, they left for the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk.

As you know, during the Tunguska events of 1908, they first noticed a pillar of fire, and then the flight of a bolide. And history repeats itself with inexorable consistency. And if we don’t take action today, that is, we don’t find the damaged underground base of the Aryans and fix these damages, then in 2010, perhaps the whole of Siberia will be burned to the ground - even the stones will evaporate. And the explosion of a giant plasmoid will occur over North America, and the same deserts will be formed there as in Africa and Australia …
