We have already written that a ghost may live in the Daugavpils Regional History and Art Museum. To get an answer to their guesses, the museum staff turned to the psychic Tatyana Larina, who had recently visited Daugavpils, for help.
Night watchman, cleaning lady, caretakers - many museum workers admitted that they heard footsteps. Their words that something strange is happening in the building was confirmed by video from surveillance cameras. They recorded how balls of light appear in some rooms. Technicians say they can't be insects.
Larina's visit to the museum shed light on a number of events related to the history of the building.
Larina felt that a man died on the territory of the museum about 20 years ago. As it turned out, there used to be garages in the place where the new extension to the museum is now. And there, on the bus, the museum driver died. Larina felt that the man died of fear or shock. "He could see some kind of phantom, an entity …".
In addition, the psychic saw the mental body of an elderly man, in the description of which the museum staff recognized the photographer, whose works are displayed in the museum. Also, the ghost of an elderly woman who survived the siege of Leningrad and whose things are included in the exposition appeared before the witch. “Ghosts have a memory, and the memory remains attached to things, to events associated with these things,” Larina explained.
Everyone who has ever been to the Daugavpils Museum of Local Lore and Art has seen the skeleton of a man-warrior. His remains were discovered during excavations. Tatyana Larina said that the soul of this person is not in the twilight, he has long been at peace.
“You have ghosts. You have ghosts here. But the balls you are talking about are not souls. These are bunches of people's desires. This energy looks like a ball. If you love someone, then this is a golden ball with needles. And if you want to wish someone health so that a person would live, then the energy of this desire looks like a silver ball. They are not dangerous, they just exist and cannot harm,”the twilight witch explained the origin of the light balls. And these balls rush into the hall where ancient icons are exhibited. Museum workers said that people sometimes come to the icons to pray. Larina felt that light energy emanated from one of the wooden sculptures, and advised her to approach her in case of illness.
The most terrible, according to Larina, was the basement of the museum. During the war there was a ghetto where children and women were placed. “I have an incredible amount of children's screams in my head,” - this is how Larina described her condition while in the basement. The Twilight Witch performed a ritual to cleanse the building so that the ghosts would not harm people. “I closed the portal. And now it will be much easier for you, you will not feel their presence,”the witch promised after the end of the ritual.
