Vadim Chernobrov, a Russian ufologist, was not surprised by the data of the documents declassified by the CIA on the discovered UFOs. He believes that in this way Obama simply fulfilled the promise that Clinton made earlier.

When the ufologist was asked whether the declassified data could help in the search for cosmic intelligence, he replied: “This is a victory for all those who independently deal with this topic. What amateur ufologists have tried to prove to the whole world for half a century has now been confirmed and made public."

According to Chernobrov, in this case, the Obama administration simply tried to work ahead of the curve, preventing the Trump team from doing so. Formally, they explained this by the fact that Hillary Clinton, in her election campaign, promised to declassify documents on UFOs, which added her a certain percentage of the vote. And sooner or later, it would have been done anyway.

Further, the journalists were interested in the question of whether the disclosure of this information is especially important for Obama, if he did so in the last place. According to the ufologist, what is important here is not the fact of the event itself, which some have already classified as "triumphant", but the opportunity to compare what was already known to specialists with declassified data.

Actually, said Vadim Chernobrov, the special services did not particularly hide the facts that the Earth could be visited by an alien mind through UFOs. Moreover, it would be stupid in the era of the global Internet. Therefore, now, in his opinion, the main thing is not hushing up this or that fact (if you want to hide it), but the creation of fakes, which are parallel stuffing, which divert the attention of the public in the other direction. The same applies to the UFO theme.

Reports that UFOs exist are hardly surprising. Another thing is that under the strictest secrecy there is information about the presence of a whole apparatus of aliens or its parts at the disposal of this or that state. This is not subject to declassification, since such knowledge makes it possible to significantly advance in the development of absolutely new types of technologies for earthlings. Anyone who can understand them will become taller than all others by a whole head and more than one decade.
