Among the many stories about the mysterious places of the planet, one can also note information about a meadow in the Loknyansky district (area of 2,412.4 sq. Km) of the Pskov region. If you get there, you can fall forever to no one knows where. There are legends among the local population about a funnel absorbing people in this meadow. In summer, in the heat, you can see a whitish fog above it, coiling in some places in the silhouettes of animals, and even people. They say that if a person who finds himself in Loknyanskaya glade manages to return, he loses his memory and looks a little unusual. He cannot explain his absence for several years, and his words are incoherent.

Strange cases also began to happen to people in the clearing - whom she destroyed, and someone simply disappeared. The dead were dragged out and buried, the missing sometimes returned.
Researchers at the anomalous site complained of hair loss, headaches, and this usually happens with radiation exposure, but there is no such radiation. There is a strong magnetic field. This suggests that there is something in the depths under the Loknyanskaya glade. Maybe the mouth of a sleeping volcano, or maybe an "alien guest" who once arrived from space, crashing into the Earth. A strike of several lightning and a meteorite fall in a thunderstorm cannot be distinguished. Changes in the strength of the magnetic field in that place, connecting with cosmic rays (sometimes visible by the locals in the night sky), creates a special ionized space that has destructive properties for all living things.
