Pidhirtsi Castle, Lviv region

The village of Pidhirtsi is located in the Brody district of the Lviv region. There is an outstanding architectural monument of the 16th century - the famous Pidhirtsi Castle, which was erected between 1635 and 1640. Ghost stories of the Pidhirtsi Castle have been around for more than one hundred years. However, scientific confirmation of the existence of paranormal phenomena in the walls and surroundings of the palace was obtained only recently. Several years ago, during the preparatory work for the restoration and restoration of the Podgoretsky castle and the adjacent park, a detailed photo session of all the objects of the historical complex was carried out.

In some photographs taken at the entrance to the dungeon and in the inner chambers of the palace, it was possible to capture a transparent silhouette of a man. Since then, Pidhirtsi Castle has become a real laboratory for numerous researchers of the paranormal. Impressive conclusions were made by the team of the popular Ukrainian TV show "The Battle of Psychics". All 20 psychics unanimously stated that the castle was full of ghosts.

Subsequently, the Podgoretsky Castle was visited by specialists from the authoritative American research group Ghostbusters. After conducting detailed research using ultra-modern equipment, the Americans noted with confidence: there are ghosts in almost all corners of the palace.

Polyana Gromovishche, Zhytomyr region

This small glade near the village of Kupishche, Zhytomyr region, surrounded by a forest, has been of great interest among scientists and numerous researchers of the anomalous for decades. This inconspicuous area attracts lightning during thunderstorms. During rainy weather, local people pass the clearing on the tenth road - about a dozen people have become victims of lightning on Gromovishche.

In addition, according to eyewitnesses, sometimes a strange glow appears in the clearing at night, after which a bright ray of light of unknown origin rises into the sky. It is interesting that everyone who steps on this clearing instantly begins to feel a negative influence on himself: here the mood and physical well-being suddenly deteriorate. Places where lightning discharges strike with fair consistency are popularly called the "nest of lightning".

Scientists argue that such anomalies are caused by the reduced electrical resistance of some parts of the earth's surface. In ancient times, such zones were endowed in the minds of people with magical properties - temples were set up here, magic rituals were held and sacrifices were made.

In the mid-1990s, archaeologists became interested in Thunder. Soon, according to rumors, they discovered the remains of an ancient structure of massive stone blocks and a significant number of Roman coins from the beginning of the 1st millennium of our era. Who founded this temple and how long it existed remains a mystery - like everything connected with this place.

Stone Tomb near Melitopol

This mystical area and part-time a monument of ancient culture of world significance is spread out on the right bank of the Molochnaya River, near the village of Terpenie, Zaporozhye region. This large and mysterious stone hill has become a cult place for many ancient peoples and tribes that lived in the territory of modern southern Ukraine. Kamennaya Mogila served as a temple for hunters of the copper and bronze age, Cimmerians, Scythians, Sarmatians, Huns, Goths, Pechenegs, Khazars and Polovtsians.

Over the course of many years of researching the sight, in its numerous grottoes and caves, several thousand rock paintings-petroglyphs were discovered - unique samples of primitive art, the oldest of which scientists date back to the Stone Age. A number of domestic and foreign researchers interpreted these images as proto-Sumerian letters, which attracted a lot of attention to the monument. Disputes about the presence of samples of the world's oldest writing in the Stone Tomb do not subside today.

The Nazis considered the Stone Tomb to be an ancient monument of the Aryans. In 1942 and 1943, the study of the monument was carried out by the group of the founder and leader of the mystical organization Annenerbe, which, as you know, specialized in the study of the occult experience of past civilizations.

There is evidence that the Nazis did not leave here empty-handed, but nevertheless took with them several tablets found with the oldest inscriptions on Earth. In addition, the Stone Tomb is distinguished by its special energy - the area around it emits radio pulses with a frequency of 5 Hz! On the surface of the earth, the outputs of such energy are recorded by aerial photography in the form of rings. The presence of a super-powerful energy field here is confirmed by numerous electrical appliances. Video equipment often breaks down and sometimes even turns on and off by itself.

Bald Mountain, Kiev

For a long time this place had great spiritual significance for our ancestors - there was a pagan altar and a temple here. In the middle of the 19th century, these lands were bought by the city authorities, and in 1872, the construction of the Lysogorsky fort began, which should be part of a complex fortification system called the Kiev Fortress. At the end of the 19th century, the Lysogorsky fort loses its defensive significance and turns into a garrison prison, in which state criminals were subsequently executed.

In the 1930s, Bald Mountain was turned into a military underground factory, and during the German occupation, these dungeons were turned into a tank base, which the Nazis destroyed when they retreated. By the mid-1970s, a missile unit was based here, and since the early 1980s, the mountain has the status of a nature park. However, the circumspect people of Kiev are afraid to enter the dense and dark forest. Those who nevertheless decided to go for a walk in Bald Mountain claim that they feel great discomfort here: it seems all the time that dozens of eyes are watching them intently from the dense park thickets, and their looks are felt almost physically.

It is known that even during the existence of the Lysogorsk Fort, the head of the garrison issued a strange instruction, which said: "before going on guard, the officer must warn the soldier not to be embarrassed by incomprehensible noises - these are just gusts of wind and the cries of night birds …". In addition, the researchers claim that they have repeatedly encountered reports from German soldiers, in which they described their encounters on the mountain with unusual and paranormal phenomena. Also among the soldiers there were cases of loss of meaning and suicide.

Stone village, Zhytomyr region

Kamennoye village is lost in the dense woodlands of Polissya in the northwest of the Zhitomir region. The geological object Kamennoye Selo is a large number of massive boulders lying in the correct geometric order, which, in turn, reproduces the plan of a rural street. The stones are shaped like real houses, and one of them is even a church. Scientists are still arguing how these giant blocks ended up here, because there are no mountains or rocks for hundreds of kilometers around. According to one of the official versions, the titanic boulders appeared here as a result of the displacement of the glacier. After that, the wind gave them the shape of houses for 20 thousand years.

It is not clear only how they lined up in the correct and clear order. According to legend, this stone village was once an ordinary village. As if a poor road man once passed by. Having asked for bread and water from the owner of one of the courtyards, he was refused. And so - in all homes. The man got angry and turned all the dwellings into stone. And in order not to forget - he left footprints in some former houses. It is interesting that the trees within the Kamenny village are distinguished by a somewhat stunted appearance, and the leaves on them are always dull and slightly wilted. The plants of this enchanted place have never boiled bright green colors.

The stone with the imprint of the fossilized so-called God's footprint attracts much attention of researchers. It is interesting that this depression remains warm at any time of the year. They say that the powerful energy that this trail emits is capable of healing many diseases, and the desire made here is sure to come true.

Dominican Cathedral, Lviv

The future home of the famous Lviv ghost and concurrently an architectural monument of national importance was founded in 1749. Now the building belongs to the local Greek Catholic community. According to the testimony of numerous night guards, most of whom quit after the first watch, incredible things begin to happen here at midnight.

Loud services take place in the empty dark cathedral, and the good acoustics of the room amplifies the sounds of the otherworldly choir singing. These services are performed regularly and last at least three hours. In addition, in the library of the cathedral, densely packed books often fall from the shelves, and a typewriter knocks from a walled room all night.

Similar phenomena have been observed in the temple for the last few decades, since the dungeons of the temple complex were discovered and cleared. They say that it is from there that the culprit of all nighttime outrages comes from - the ghost of a Dominican monk, who from time to time catches the eyes of frightened night guards. The translucent figure in a white cloak continues to do the usual things during life, never realizing that it has long been a part of the other world.

Hitler's headquarters "Werewolf", Vinnytsia region

The Werewolf was actually a miniature copy of Hitler's main headquarters, the Wolfschanze, in East Prussia. Outwardly, the rate was rather plain and skillfully disguised. On the whole, Werewolf is a multi-storey complex. In the central zone, the main buildings were brought together, the Gestapo, a telephone exchange, a dining room for senior officials and officers, a swimming pool, 12 residential buildings for generals and senior staff officers, premises for Hitler and two underground bunkers were located.

In total, there were more than 80 ground objects and several deep concrete bunkers on the territory of this complex. The construction of the headquarters lasted from November 1941 to April 1942. Heavy earthworks were carried out by 5,000 Soviet prisoners of war, who were subsequently destroyed to a man. The same fate befell the German engineers: the plane with which they were returning home exploded in the air under unexplained circumstances. Hitler himself visited his Ukrainian headquarters three times - between July 1942 and August 1943.

Some scholars argue that the appearance of "Werewolf" (translated from the German "werewolf") in this particular place had special, mystical reasons. Choosing a landmark for the rate, the Fuhrer was guided by the advice of 400 magicians, psychics and astrologers from the Institute of Occult Sciences in Berlin. According to the plan "Werewolf" was to become a powerful magic center around which the scattered countries of Europe would unite and from which the conquest of the whole world would begin. The Bulgarian soothsayer Vanga also spoke about the great magical significance of the Werewolf. Researchers of the paranormal warn: Hitler's Vinnitsa headquarters is an extremely dangerous place, as it emits a deadly aura.
