The Journey of the Soul is one of the most mysterious wonders of humanity, which many people believe in, but cannot find scientific confirmation. There are more than one theory behind the reincarnation process. From a religious point of view, it is assumed that God gives people many lives to test them before they finally get to know the Creator.
Reincarnation process and the déjà vu phenomenon
According to those who believe in reincarnation, déjà vu can be an indicator of a mysterious phenomenon that must be carefully considered. Since we have no memories of past life experiences, the Deja Vu phenomenon is perceived by many people as a memory of a past life. Scientists attribute it to a chemical mental imbalance.

Hypnosis helps to achieve unconsciousness, but the information found there is not reliable. It has been shown that practice can create false memories.

However, there were several indirect arguments for the truth of her story. Under hypnosis, the woman mentioned the names of two grocers in Belfast from whom she bought food, Mr. Farr and John Carrigan. In the city directory for the years 1865-1866, both people are indeed listed as grocers. Her story is described in Bernstein's book and in the 1956 film Finding Bridey Murphy.

Researchers suspect that unexplained physical pain may be rooted in a previous life. For example, Michael K. Pollack, Ph. D., described low back pain that grew steadily over the years and limited his activities. He believed he had found a possible cause during a series of hypnosis sessions:

Where does the seemingly inexplicable fear of heights, water or confined space come from? Many of us have the usual excuses, but for some people, these fears are so great that they interfere with a fulfilling life. Other fears are completely perplexing, such as the fear of carpets. Where these emotions come from can be psychologically challenging to answer, but researchers believe there is a connection to a previous life in some cases.
4. New and "old" look
In his book Someone Else's Yesterday, Jeffrey J. Keane theorizes that a person in this life can be very similar to the previous image. Keane believes that he is the reincarnation of John B. Gordon, a Confederate General of the Northern Virginia Army, who died on January 9, 1904. In addition to physical similarities, Keen says that they think the same way and even the scars on their faces are similar.
5. Birthmarks
Ian Stevenson, Virginia, MD, is one of the leading researchers and authors in the study of reincarnation and past lives. In 1993 he wrote a document entitled Moles and Birth Defects Associated with Wounds on the Face of the Dead. It describes various interesting cases. Why aren't scientists taking Stevenson's data seriously? To this question, the doctor once answered:
We are not able to prove what is real and what is not, simply by using logic. We can only develop logical arguments forcing us to draw a conclusion. Then look for evidence that either supports or contradicts our conclusion.
There is no logical or mathematical "proof" of reincarnation, and probably won't appear in the near future. There are people who believe this through direct observation and experience, but scientifically, this is not an argument.
