"Unclean power" terrorized the inhabitants of the "bad apartment" for three years - and many participants in this story tragically died or went to prison
The story of the poltergeist that raged in the 1990s in the village of Svetly near Tomsk is still a big mystery for specialists in the paranormal. Many consider the Tomsk poltergeist, which received the name "Fotyma", to which the "evil spirits" allegedly responded, to be the largest in the world. He terrorized the Kislyakov family for almost three years. Furniture flew through the rooms in their apartment, things disappeared and were found in the most unexpected places, notes fell from the ceiling, strange inscriptions appeared on the walls, and an unknown voice spoke to the residents and everyone who came to them. The items, according to the "official chronicler" of the Tomsk poltergeist and scientist Viktor Fefelov, lived their own lives. For example, clothes could catch fire on their own in the closet, and a kitchen knife began to cut something, and not necessarily food - things also fell under the blade.
Some of the neighbors doubted that the residents of the "bad apartment" were really terrorized by a poltergeist. However, many who faced the paranormal in those years, including local journalists, came to the conclusion that an unknown "force" really existed. “Half the city visited the Kislyakovs, everyone heard the same thing: the voice asked questions and answered questions, discussed politics, scolded officials, hoarsely shouted about the intimate life of the interlocutor (with whom, how, where: people were shocked). Threatened with terrible punishments … I normally recorded on tape (the tapes were preserved), then called the editorial office, talked with those who had never been to Svetly, "the website of Komsomolskaya Pravda reports.
At that time it was not possible to solve the riddle of “Fotyma”. The poltergeist suddenly stopped in the fall of 2001, after the sick neighbor of the Kislyakovs, whose name the voice first used, died. However, the story did not end there. Many of those who came close to the poltergeist subsequently either ended up in prison or died, often a terrible death. The lives of others were broken. One of the sons of the owners of the “bad apartment” went to prison, the other was found dead under strange circumstances. Some of the neighbors went mad, some died. In total, according to Fefelov, more than fifteen people died or went to prison around this story, and many stories do not look like a coincidence.
