This kid is sick with cyclopism, which means that the right and left hemispheres of the brain are united. Cyclops are usually considered a legend, and are known to us from Homer's immortal epic "Odessa". But they also exist on earth, namely in Assam (India).
Eyelashes and eyelids are missing from this kid. He has upper and lower lips, only the upper jaw is short, which is why his tongue constantly protrudes. A similar condition has been observed in animals such as horses, pigs, cows, cats and even sharks.
