The family living in Gasparillo, Trinidad, claims they have been suffering attacks from a supernatural creature for more than six months. The head of the family, 60-year-old Krishna Mathura, describes the unknown creature as a "baka", a dwarf-like creature from local folklore.
In the local press, which became interested in what was happening, articles appeared that the family is in a tireless search for someone who can expel the strange creature.
Krishna's wife and their son Govinda were the first to face the evil gnome. They began to hear a thin voice that had no identifiable source. He spoke curses and threats and told the woman that he intended to commit sexual violence against her.
Soon thereafter, the doves, which were abundant near Mathura's house, began to die. Then food began to disappear in the refrigerator, and someone almost poisoned the goats. One day the creature showed itself for a moment, and it turned out that it looks like a disgusting dwarf less than a meter tall.
There were more and more strange incidents. One day the creature grabbed the tablecloth and ran with it. Govinda tried to grab him, but failed. Things began to disappear from the house. An expensive vase, a Bible that was a family heirloom, and a painting depicting Jesus were missing.
For a long time Mathura did not encounter a gnome because he worked hard. Forced not so long ago to quit, he now sits at home and is faced with all the oddities that his family used to tell him about.
When the Bible disappeared, the voice reappeared, claimed responsibility for the loss, and began calling Govinda "boss." We even managed to make recordings of this voice. On them, the creation claims that it is from Jamaica and that Christian priests do not pose a threat to him.
The family tried every conceivable way to get rid of evil spirits. They scattered salt, lavender and garlic. Despite the creature's assurances, the pastor visited the house.

The gnome appears almost every night. He knocks, wakes people up, doesn't let them sleep. From time to time, he even began to appear in front of the household: a short and fat peasant with large ears and long hair. Govinda says that the creature's hands are entangled, it steps on tiptoes, so it is almost inaudible.
