Snake people are used to living apart in hard-to-reach places

Sounds like a headline from the tabloid press in pursuit of a sensation, doesn't it?.. And it would have been so, if not for one "but": quite material artifacts and evidence from different times. Which, without too much claiming to be "sensational" (due to the individual nature of the finds and the stunned scientists themselves who made them), nevertheless, pose serious questions for modern science.

Back in 1961. An expedition led by French explorer Cesar Gehman discovered in the highlands of the Congo an unexplored tribe of pygmies who call themselves the Mong. In principle, there was nothing special in the tribe and its traditions - except for small triangular growths on the back ("thorns"), both in children and adults, and the cult of worship of the "great serpent", which existed there. The spikes protruded from the back by 10-15 cm. The find remained almost unnoticed.

In the 70s in the Indonesian province of Irian Jaya (also called "the green hell on Earth"), another short tribe was found with the same strange bone growths on the back. The length of the “thorns” reached a maximum of 20 cm.

An even more interesting find recovered in the 90s. In the impenetrable jungles of Zaire, another amazing tribe of pygmies was found - with the same dorsal growths! The research was conducted by an ethnographic expedition led by Jacques Laten, articles are available in the foreign press. In this tribe, the maximum length of the thorns was already 35 cm. And an express analysis of the tissues and blood of the pygmies showed that this unusual tribe belongs to … poikilothermic, or cold-blooded creatures whose body temperature changes depending on the ambient temperature. Among modern vertebrates, these include reptiles and fish, and among the extinct ones - dinosaurs.

Meanwhile, on several stones of Ica (Peru), which definitely does not belong to the "remake", people of small stature (from 1m to 1m 20 cm, as shown by computer analysis) are depicted with just triangular plates-growths on their backs. Moreover, they are shown at the time of some kind of operation on them. Spines start from the top of the head and descend just below the tailbone. One of the stones depicts a baby with such thorns. In all cases, a snake symbol is depicted above the head of the operating person ("doctor").

Myths convey to us the information that before creating an "improved man" as a "helper", and even after that, the "gods" carried out many genetic experiments on earthly creatures, crossing them at their own discretion. The fruit of this was the amazing "unsuccessful" creatures that practically did not produce offspring, but could live for several generations, leaving a memory of themselves. From "sirens" to similar humanoid ones that have survived to this day, in which, most likely, they tried to "populate" the genetic material of dinosaurs … What advantages this gave - we can no longer judge. These tribes of pygmies were ordinary wild peoples, not distinguished by any obvious talents and other features, in addition to their thorns and cold-bloodedness. They didn’t give in to training, they didn’t make contact … The riddle remains a mystery. But three different tribes + myths + images on artifacts are by no means a "fairy tale" that arose from scratch, but, one might say, a relic of a distant and great past, when the "gods" personally ruled on Earth …
