Video: Secrets of Mecca's Holy Kaaba 2024, May
Anonim

In the world there are a large number of secrets and mysteries associated with Islam, as well as its followers. One of these amazing places is the Sacred Kaaba. For what purpose do Muslims around the world turn their faces to the Kaaba when they pray five times a day? Why is the land around Mecca considered forbidden? Let's try to answer these questions.

A great deal of scientific research has been done to shed light on these questions. But first, let's talk about the Kaaba itself.

Translated from Arabic, the word "Kaaba" means "a high place, surrounded by honor and respect." There is also such a literal translation as "Cube". Some of the other names for the Kaaba are composed of words such as "Bayt al Atek", one of the meanings of which is "the earliest and most ancient." According to the second meaning, this word is interpreted as "independent and liberating." These two meanings are combined in the word "Bayt al-Haram" - "sacred house".

The Kaaba was rebuilt 12 times.

Researchers and historians disagree that the Kaaba was reconstructed 5 to 12 times. The first time the Kaaba was reconstructed by the Prophet Adam. Allah says in the Qur'an:

“Indeed, the first house that was erected for the people is the one in Bekka (Mecca). He was raised up as a blessing and a guide to the worlds. (Surah 3, ayah 96)

Under the Prophet Ibrahim, the dimensions of the Kaaba were as follows:

eastern wall - 14.80 meters;

west side - 14.2 meters4

wall from Hatem side - 10 meters;

the side between the Black Stone and the Yemeni corner - 9.15 meters;

Today the height of the Kaaba is 12.05 meters, and its area is 191 square meters. m. The inner area of the Kaaba is 13x9 m, and the width of the walls is 1 meter. The floor inside is 2.2 meters higher than the place where Tawaf was performed. The ceiling and roof are made of teak covered with stainless steel. The walls are built of stone, polished from the inside. Later, this small building was built and restored by the Prophets Adam, Ibrahim, Ismail and Muhammad - no other building was awarded such an honor.

The results of detailed studies of the earth indicate that our planet went through a stage in its ancient history when it was completely covered with water. According to Muslim beliefs, Allah blew up the ocean floor with a powerful volcanic eruption that spewed out lava until a chain of mountains formed at the bottom of this first ocean. Volcanic activity did not stop until some mountain peaks began to loom above the water, turning into a chain of volcanic islands, of which, for example, such states as Hawaii, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia and others are composed.

But the first land that came out of the water thanks to these eruptions was the land of Blessed Mecca. It is narrated from the prophet: “The Kaaba was an island above the water and the earth was then spread out from it” (Al-Haravi, Az-Zamakhshari). Another hadith says: “The land was stretched out from Mecca and Allah stretched out her from her and she began to be called the 'mother of the land'” (Musnad of Imam Ahmad).

Also, At-Tabarani and Al-Bayhaqi from Ibn Umar claim that the Western House (Kaaba) was the first that appeared above the water surface during the creation of heaven and earth and the rest of the earth was spread from it.

Zalulya Najara, a popular researcher of the scientific data of the Quran, advises us to turn to the hadith of the prophet: "Mecca was a small piece of land on the water, and all land spread from there."

In the course of research to find a direction to the Kaaba from the largest cities of the planet, Professor Hussein Kamaluddin noticed that Mecca is located in the center of an imaginary circle, as if covering the edges of the continents of the planet. It was on the basis of this that it was concluded that the land spread around Mecca according to a precise plan, that is, this blessed city is the center of all land

But in his research, the professor went further and found that in Mecca, where the Kaaba stands, the magnetic center of the Earth is located. He made such a conclusion after he established that the magnetic poles of the Earth are always changing, and the magnetic center of the Kaaba is constant.

He established this by calculating the direction to the Kaaba (qibla) from different parts of the globe. The scientist made an amazing discovery - this direction coincides with the direction of the magnetic lines leading from all directions to Mecca, to the Kaaba. Continuing his research, he found that the true magnetic meridian of the Earth passes not along the city of Greenwich (England), as is commonly believed, but along Mecca. The Greenwich meridian changes with the change of the magnetic poles, while the meridian passing along the Kaaba remains in place.

And so, the scientific observations that determine the uniqueness of the Kaaba:

1. No distortion of the magnetic field throughout Mecca

2. Direction of the corners of the Kaaba exactly to four cardinal directions

3. The presence of the Zamzam spring, gushing in the middle of the rocks and the continuity of its flow for 1400 years

4. Proof of the meteoric origin of both the "black stone" and the "site of Ibrahim", which confirms the theory of the celestial origin of these stones

These statements were learned by man through science only in the modern period, therefore their presence in the Book of Allah and in the words of the prophet proves the truth of the Quran as the speech of the Most High, addressed to people and the truth of the prophecy of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah Almighty be upon him.

The small cube-shaped building known as the Kaaba cannot compete with skyscrapers in height or mansions in luxury, but its impact on human history cannot be underestimated. The Kaaba is the building to which the gaze of all Muslims of the world is turned five times every day during prayer. This has been happening for over 1400 years since the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
