A good friend of ours from Mexico, Pedro Canché, editor of the local El QuintanaRoo site, has revealed the details of this find.
An artificial implant was found in a human skull, which was found by underwater archaeologists. At first, scientists thought it was just a plate inserted during craniotomy. Of course interesting and surprising. But upon closer inspection, the scientists were in for an even bigger surprise. It was a microchip.
A microchip was found in the skull of a 9,000-year-old human remains.
The scientists were shocked. The Mexican security service was immediately involved in further research. All truthful information about the find was classified. Who is doing it now and where, Pedro Canché does not know.
He himself did not see the artifact and all his information is based on the story of a person who was setting up equipment for scuba divers. According to this person, the unusual skull lay in a common heap along with the rest of the bones raised from under the water, and until it dried out, the find did not attract attention. After drying, archaeologists came and began sorting what was raised from the bottom.
The skull surprised the scientists, since upon closer inspection it bore traces of cranial surgery. Under the layer of scraped off deposits there was a kind of metal patch in bone, apparently made of copper. But when they walked through the metal with tools, a very thin, branched system of contacts was discovered, the ends of which were deepened to the edges inside.
Everyone who was in the group looked at it under a magnifying glass, the strict symmetry of the lines did not raise doubts about the technological origin of the object, since whether it was an ornament, it was visible to the naked eye. And why is there an ornament on the plate with which the ancient surgeon closed a hole in someone's head?
Then armed people arrived and the artifact disappeared from the finds, which completely dispelled doubts about the uniqueness of the found.
