The history of the emergence of Tarot cards is still a mystery. But this never made them less popular. And in Russia, where the Tarot came relatively recently, "fashion" is actively spreading to them. Tarot is used by fortune-tellers, psychics, amateurs, Internet users guess in online services, even some psychologists and other specialists working in this field began to use Tarot. Tarot reader, parapsychologist, psychologist and psychotherapist talked about exactly how Tarot divination "works" and whether it is worth trusting the results 100%.

There is a version that the first complete deck of Major and Minor Arcana (arcana from Lat. Arkanum - secret) appeared in 1428 in Europe, followed by the date 1441, and then - 1450. Some researchers attribute the origins of the Tarot cards to the Chinese Yi Ching prediction system, while others find them in the legendary book of Thoth, the great Hermes Trismegistus, a native of Atlantis.

Another version tells the legend that in the front paws of the Sphinx, located in Giza, there was a secret door leading to long galleries under the Great Pyramid of Cheops. It was in these galleries, or rather in one of the halls, that there were 22 paintings, which contained hidden knowledge in symbolic form.

There is a version that the Tarot cards were brought to Europe by the Gypsies in the 15th century, and someone claims that they are of Germanic origin and date back to 1329. The word "Tarot" itself is apparently borrowed from the French "Tarot", which, in turn, was inherited from the Egyptian word "tarosh" and is literally understood as "the royal path" or "the path of the gods."

Tarot reader needs a chuyka

Tarologist Aleksey Uraev at one time left a boring profession in the office and moved on to organizing transformational games that allow opening the subconscious. According to Alexey, he uses Tarot cards as one of his tools.

They say that you can't gamble with fortune-telling cards - it's a bad omen. Tarot, of course, cannot be used to play preference, but, nevertheless, Alexey, tell me, are Tarot cards dangerous in some mythical sense?

- Tarot cards are a tool that you can use for good or for harm, if you like, this is a shovel. With a shovel, you can plant a flower or kill a person. It is not the instrument that is dangerous, but the person who uses it. By and large, Tarot is a psychoanalysis that a person conducts independently.

Do you need supernatural abilities in order to interpret cards?

- When you start interacting with a person, you still do not know anything about his life and problems, and here a mental connection, a kind of feeling, is very important. A good tarot reader has about 40% of his predictions. I have not yet met a single tarot reader whose forecast came true 100%.

How often do you come across charlatans?

- There are a lot of charlatans in the field of magic, fortune telling and other mystical sciences. I often see announcements at bus stops: "I will remove the damage, remove the curse, remove everything." When you know this kitchen from the inside, you realize how pathetic it looks. I will never go to such specialists, and I do not advise anyone.

Do Tarot cards really predict?

- Cards are symbols, and I can interpret these symbols. Symbols can lay the foundation, but only the person himself can detail it. In any case, the task of the tarot reader is to voice the situation.

Does it ever happen that tarot cards say nothing?

- It happens, because I always ask for consent to the alignment in order to open channels. When a person is too closed, a complete gibberish falls out in the layout. Unfortunately, not all people are ready for tarot because of their closeness, because information is taken from a person.

With what problems do people most often come to a tarot reader?

- Approximately 90% come with problems, like these: I am a mother with three children, my husband left, tell me why? People don't go to a tarot reader from a good life. I would not advise anyone to turn to the Tarot as the ultimate truth.

What do the major and minor arcana say?

As an experiment, Alexey demonstrates what Tarot cards can do. For the purity of the experiment, they do not tell him anything about what is happening in the life of the correspondent. A few minutes - and Uraev interprets the alignment, with surprising accuracy, falls on the events of the past and present.

What is this - games with the subconscious or mystical reality? It is difficult not to believe what is happening, especially given the fact that no facts were reported to the tarot reader. It is likely that this is just an attempt to pass off wishful thinking, but the mysterious coincidences seem too accurate.

According to Alexei, the fate of a person is determined by the senior arcana, but the younger ones can be interpreted this way and that. After the experiment, Alexei admits that for the first time in his practice, after two hands, the same person only gets the senior lasso. In his opinion, such an alignment speaks of the powerful energy of such people.

Believe or not believe?

The opinions of specialists, one way or another working with the subconscious of a person, regarding Tarot differ. Someone thinks the layouts are harmless entertainment, someone is an emotional relief, while others call it obscurantism, harmful to the psyche.

“Remembering the combinations and combinations of all 72 cards and their interpretation, in my opinion, is unrealistic, so I believe that a tarot reader should have developed intuitive, or, if you like, extrasensory abilities at least minimally,” says parapsychologist Galina Vidia.

Victoria Poletaeva, a psychologist and psychoanalyst from Novosibirsk, sees nothing dangerous in going to tarot readers. Provided, of course, that it does not turn into a system.

“You need to understand the difference: once every five years you went there out of curiosity, or you go there as if to work. In fact, such visits relieve psychologically, relieve anxiety and tension. The problem with which you turn to the cards becomes, as it were, solved, or so you think. Check it out for yourself - the results of the visits “out of curiosity” and when they really hit it will be completely different,”Poletaeva said.

Nor did the Novosibirsk psychologist Olga Taiboleva find anything wrong with Tarot. Moreover, a specialist even regrets a little that in his methodology he does not use Tarot cards as a tool for interacting with a client.

“Tarot is, by and large, not fortune telling. This is a tool for seeing the situation, and in the hands of a person begins to look differently at the dynamics of the situation. That is, he finds a solution on his own, without any pressure. I can say that I even regret that I do not use this technique myself, as a specialist it would be useful for me,”explains Taiboleva.

The opinion of the candidate of medical sciences, psychotherapist Andrei Ermakov turned out to be different. A specialist from Novosibirsk, admitting that he does not know the method of Tarot layouts, found all kinds of fortune-telling quite dangerous for people in difficult situations and considered it wrong to go to fortune-tellers instead of referring to specialists.

“In our time, mythological perception means a lot to a person, and he has the right to choose himself what to believe in and who to be treated, and similar methods of counseling are inherent in narrow-minded people. I can say that there is a certain danger of becoming dependent on all sorts of fortune tellers, and they can pursue a variety of goals, try to get money or power over you, - said Ermakov.
