For a long time I looked through these markings in the hope of understanding whether they were made by our civilization or in ancient times. After watching for an hour, I came to the following conclusions.
Some markings could have been made recently, but there are those whose origin cannot be attributed to our civilization.
Now I explain how I came to this conclusion. The first thing that interested me was the number and size of all layouts. They cover simply gigantic territories and extend for hundreds of kilometers.
The second interesting point is the passage of such markings through the roads. What is the point of drawing such markings across the main road?
Who cares, the coordinates from the photo above
19 ° 38'55.89 "S and 15 ° 10'7.03" E
Just look at how many there are in Africa. What a huge amount of work needed to be done to create them?

By the way, look at the line width of such a markup.
It is just flat and goes straight through the forest.
12 meters and this is not a modern road. If anything, all the roads are marked on my map and I carefully check several times so as not to be mistaken. The coordinates of the place are higher - 19 ° 46'30.66 "S and 15 ° 21'4.34" E
I slightly changed the brightness and contrast of the photo in Photoshop, you should now see the lines from the mysterious markup better. Just look at their quality, extent and quality of creation
In my opinion, all these markings were made by an ancient highly developed civilization for unknown purposes. In modern times, some of these lines have been reused, thus creating a mixture between the ancients and our counterparts.
I also noticed that modern roads were made in the path of some of the lines. This is a prime example of the recycling of ancient lines.
For example, here the white lines show modern roads, and the orange line I showed the end of the markup.
