Another story of spontaneous teleportation occurred in 1956 when Thomas R. Kessel popped out of nowhere on a busy New York street. Moreover, the last memories of Thomas ended in a bar in Johannesburg. The next "switching on" of the memory took place on the street of the megalopolis.
Given that this strange man did not have a passport, and in fact could not enter the country, the case remains a mystery. According to the man, he does not remember at all the time interval between leaving the tavern and jumping to the other side of the ocean.

Family teleportation, with a car
A well-known case of teleportation occurred in 1968, when Dr. Gerald Vidal, along with his wife Raffo de Vidal, traveled a long distance with a car.
In May of that year, the couple drove a Peugeot along the Chascomus rural road (Chascomus, Buenos Aires, Argentina). Suddenly they drove into a very thick and "viscous" fog. As much as they wanted to go home, where other family members were waiting for them, they still had to stop, waiting out the fog.
In the end, the fog cleared away, immediately plunging the spouses into a panic - they stood in a completely unfamiliar area. Having undertaken a search for a familiar road, but not finding traces of one, the bewildered family simply moved forward.
Only two days later, Vidal called home with the words - we are safe, but for some unknown reason we ended up in Mexico City, 6.400 km from home.
According to the head of the family, they have no memories of the events in the fog. They woke up parked along a road they had never seen before and knew nothing more. True, both complained of neck pain, as if they had slept in a sitting position for a long time. Coming out of the car, they were horrified - the body was badly damaged by fire, as if it had been well worked on by the "autogenous".
Despite the damage, the car continued to function properly, and the couple, frightened by what had happened, drove along the road. With the help of a passerby, they managed to find out their whereabouts - Mexico, extremely far from where they stopped in the fog.

The ominous case of the Vidal family had serious discussion. The consulate in Mexico City issued a replacement car to the victims, taking the crippled car, ostensibly for research. Some sources even claimed that the couple died of leukemia.
The case eventually became one of the strangest and most perplexing. Most of them talked about UFO cases and alien abductions. Others suspected secret experiments at an American base near Mexico.
The case of the Vidal family has been intensely debated over time, overgrown with such an abundance of conflicting facts that it is difficult to establish where the truth ends and exaggeration and misinformation begin. Many theories have been voiced regarding the incident, from the case of spontaneous teleportation (the appearance of a passage in space) to the abduction of people by aliens.
A very skeptical approach to history was voiced by the Argentine journalist and researcher Alejandro S. Agostinelli. According to the journalist, the whole story was a hoax, a deliberate advertising promotion for a sci-fi film released 2 months after the incident.
Strange, but no one has managed to collect concrete evidence without a doubt registering the history of the family in order to promote the film in distribution. As there were no traces that shed light of truth on what happened on the road in the fog.
