Most critics agree that the works of Nostradamus are only personal speculation and intuitive predictions.
(Kazan, March 1, "Tatar-inform"). On this day in 1555, Michel de Notrdamus, known under the pseudonym Nostradamus, published his first predictions in a book called The Prophecies of Michel Nostradamus.
The predictions were written in the form of rhymed quatrains - quatrains that were grouped in centuries (that is, hundreds or centuries). In addition, Nostradamus carefully encrypted all his predictions: the quatrains were written in a mixture of four languages. They practically did not indicate any dates, the time sequence was not observed, and the quatrains themselves were confused.
Nevertheless, researchers of Nostradamus' work have noticed quite a lot of interesting and accurate historical coincidences. Nostradamus turned to planetary schemes when making predictions. Astrologers believed that celestial bodies influence the affairs of people. From the point of view of modern science, this is not true.
