54-year-old British ghost hunter Andrew Williamson claims that he managed to photograph the famous ghost in one of the English pubs.
The Griffin Inn in Wakefield, West Yorkshire has been plagued by a phantom woman for years who drinks glasses and mugs, flips furniture, slams doors and turns on beer taps. In a word, he harms the institution as best he can.
The image obtained by the paranormal researcher clearly shows a dark translucent figure, similar to a lady in an old outfit. Williamson claims to be the only customer at the bar at the time of the shoot. The owner of the pub, 29-year-old Michael Briggs, was not at all surprised when he saw this photo. According to the businessman, the mysterious woman from the other world has been rampaging in the pub for a long time, and they have already got used to her tricks. The only positive thing in this situation is the attractiveness of devilry for some customers of the establishment who are interested in mysticism.
Nobody knows the ghost story
Andrew Williamson said:
I have a gift for feeling an otherworldly presence and capturing such things on camera. It was a woman. She didn't tell me her name, she didn't say anything at all. But I saw it with my own eyes, and then carefully photographed it. This pub has a long history, and I have heard many times before that there is a certain spirit here that does all sorts of nasty things. So, with the permission of Mr. Briggs, I surveyed the building in the morning while the pub was still closed to visitors. I'm not used to praising my own accomplishments, but this is a very impressive shot. Phantoms do not allow themselves to be photographed too often, especially so clearly.

This building was built in the 1740s and at first served as an inn. The establishment has changed many owners, and now it is a bar. The former owner's wife warned me that weird things were happening here, but I thought she was exaggerating. However, I was wrong. When on the very first day a glass flew off the shelf and crashed on the counter, I realized that it would be interesting to work here. I enjoy chatting with old pub patrons who used to come here long before I arrived. They have many stories about this ghostly woman. The only pity is that no one knows anything about her personality.
