When the situation became critical, the relatives decided to rely on the will of God and disconnect their daughter, exhausted by illness, from the artificial respiration apparatus - no one knew whether she would survive or not. Only her mother believed in salvation. She saw with her own eyes a luminous disembodied creature next to her daughter's bed: On a rainy day, a surveillance video camera recorded an intense glow at the threshold of the intensive care unit, in which the girl was dying.

The recovery of 14-year-old Chelsea Banton became a sensation - doctors still cannot understand the reason for the miraculous rescue and again and again examine the photograph, which shows that an ethereal guardian angel was on duty at the door of the intensive care unit at the decisive moment. On video footage of the hospital's camera, aimed at the entrance to the room, an unknown winged object is captured, shining with an unearthly light.
“When we were standing over my dying girl and praying, one nurse suddenly pushed me on the shoulder and pointed to the monitor,” says Colin Banton, mother of the patient. - And there a winged object shone with a bright spot. I realized that it was an angel. And my daughter will either be saved or go to heaven. I myself took off the mask, through which my daughter had been breathing for six months, and she was born a second time.
The fact that Chelsea Banton from Mint Hill in North Carolina, USA, recovered, is called a miracle. From the very first moments of her life, the girl shows miracles of survival - as if she was constantly guarded by heavenly forces.
Chelsea was born five weeks ahead of schedule, doctors said she had 36 hours to live. But they were wrong. The baby survived - but spent four months in the intensive infant recovery unit, and then was discharged home.

But even before Chelsea was two years old, she was again admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. Even then, the first signs of the disease began to appear, which then confined the girl to bed. Chelsea Banton's medical record lists a whole bunch of diseases: dropsy of the brain or hydrocephalus, due to which it was necessary to insert a shunt into the girl's skull, and then make several adjustments; deadly viruses, and then, already in July of this year, she had a retention, that is, fluid retention. Then three liters of water were pumped out of Chelsea's body.
Mom Colin, Chelsea Banton herself and her older sister believe that a wonderful angel saved their happiness.
“We prayed every day, my eldest daughter, me and Chelsea,” says Colin Banton, “we prayed only for one thing, for a miracle.
And this miracle happened. The girl's mother firmly believes in this. It happened on November 5 - seven weeks after Chelsea was once again taken to the hospital. A slight cold was almost fatal for the child's weakened body.
“As soon as we brought Chelsea to the clinic, she was immediately connected to a ventilator,” the mother recalls.
From hour to hour the patient's condition worsened. Every day, new diseases were found in Chelsea - pneumonia in the left lung, then in the right, then blood poisoning began, blood clots, staphylococcus aureus, E.coli appeared. Chelsea couldn't eat anything.
After two months of hospitalization, the doctors invited the family to a council to discuss an "action plan." There was no endowment for the girl, and she could not be constantly connected to the apparatus either. The decisive moment came - it was necessary to try to take off the breathing mask. Doctors have already tried to do this several times, hoping that Chelsea's body will begin to breathe on its own and fight for life, but the girl immediately began to suffocate, and unable to look at her torment, the doctors again put on a mask on her. And then they entrusted this question to the girl's relatives. The family council took place on October 31st.
“The family decided that by removing the mask, we would no longer wear it on Chelsea,” says Colin. - Whatever happens. She had already had enough. I felt that God wanted me to make such a decision. My daughter has been with me for 14 years, and now it is time to allow her to be free, to hand her over to the will of God. If she died, she would have gone to heaven and would definitely not feel pain …
“We waited until all of our family members gathered to see Chelsea, perhaps for the last time,” says Colin. - At noon on November 5, we were all praying at her bedside, and the nurse suddenly pointed me at the monitor. The camera showed that a creature was hanging over the threshold of the chamber. It emitted a strong light. I could not take my eyes off and exclaimed: "God, it looks like an angel!"
Colin pointed her digital camera at the monitor to capture what her eyes were seeing, but the first shot failed. She tried it a second time and the object was reflected in the picture.
“I calmed down and realized that everything would be fine,” Colin still cries, remembering this moment. - And we took off the mask. The next day, Chelsea's medical records were as good as ever! She began to turn pink, the doctors were all surprised, not understanding what was happening. The nurse, who saw the first angel on the monitor, said that in all 15 years of her work, she had not seen anything like it.
On November 14, Chelsea was transferred from intensive care to a regular ward, and three days later they were discharged home! The mother is sure that the angel brought her daughter's salvation, and no one can dissuade her of this.
“It was a rainy day then,” Colin explains. - There was no sun at all, but the light appeared near the chamber by itself. If anyone doubts the authenticity of this photo, okay. But I know what I saw. And I did not carry out any manipulations with the picture. I believe it is an angel.
“All the people who came into contact with this secret have changed,” says Colin. - And including me. I began to look at things differently, because I know God sees our every move.
Chelsea turned 15 on Christmas Day. And it is a real miracle that a girl with such a medical background is alive, healthy and goes to school like an ordinary child!
