In this article, I will speculate about the civilizations existing in the past, their level of development and the possible reason for their disappearance.
It should be noted right away that everything that will happen next is just my thoughts and subjective opinion, which you can think about, or just skip and forget. Now let's get started!
I believe that over the past 5-10 thousand years approximately, there have been about 4-5 civilizations on Earth, which, as a result, either disappeared without a trace, or perished (cataclysms, war, etc.).
Personally, I divide civilizations according to their culture, technological capabilities and territory of existence, and the first one I would like to mention is the territory of modern India.

I mark the territory of India precisely because nowhere in the world are there such masterpieces and transcendental for our level of development, temples, stepped wells, of some incredible size, statues, bas-reliefs, columns and much more.
Thousands of years ago, on the territory of India, an unknown civilization could create and process the most complex materials at a level inaccessible to us, and this is a fact.
This may be wrong, but apart from all of them, I single out Maya. Although the Maya historically existed relative to other civilizations, recently, it is they that raise many questions.
Of all the civilizations, it was in the Maya that the most finds were found that prove the direct contact of the ancient civilization with extraterrestrial civilizations. Plus, they eventually abandoned their cities and disappeared without a trace, almost everything. I think everyone will make the conclusions himself.

Another of the most interesting civilizations known to us is the Sumerians. They came from nowhere, it is not known how they possessed a mass of knowledge and who disappeared into nowhere, although they exist in history and they are called the "first civilization".
In fact, for the "first civilization", the Sumerians really had some incredible knowledge in metallurgy, astronomy and other fields of science.
But what is most interesting is their knowledge of space, which in some ways even surpassed modern ones. They really knew a lot, and the most important thing is, of course, the Anunnaki - "gods" who helped the Sumerians and gave them a lot of knowledge.
In general, in one of the articles about the Sumerians, I already wrote that it is likely that the Sumerians themselves existed on Earth many tens of thousands of years ago. Or they themselves flew from somewhere, in this case, one can only guess.
One could attribute Peru to a separate civilization with the highest level of development, but I believe that everything was just very well preserved there, or there was something like a "center".
But almost all megaliths, including structures in Peru, I attribute to a separate “megalithic civilization”. Who could do absolutely anything with stones, which just seems unreal to us.
It was for this particular civilization, as I have repeatedly written in previous articles, that stones were of particular value. Some modern scientists believe that stones have their own energy field and no matter how strange it sounds, such a version should not be ruled out.
The fact is that the stones meant a lot to civilization and it is likely that they really could be a source of energy or something else.
And finally, the last one is a united civilization. Although it seems to me that over the next 5-10 thousand years, mankind was able to come up with a thought and find peace, uniting most of the Earth at once into two single civilizations that existed at different times.
I can explain the ancient unified civilization by pyramids all over the world, dolmens, practically the same technologies, temples and other structures.
And another single civilization should have existed not so long ago. This is a single antique style all over the world, presumably one culture, faith, "fortresses-stars" and everything else, technology.

Argentina.
USA.
Russia.
It's hard to believe, of course, that in history, people were once able to unite most of the Earth in order to develop together much faster and avoid all wars, but many facts indicate this.
Perhaps someday people will once again come to peace and decide that together they will develop many times faster, but it is unlikely that it will be in the near future and in general in this reality.
In this article, I just talked about my view of those civilizations about which we know at least something in general terms. It is clear that Atlantis, Lemuria (Mu), giants could exist in the past, but this is already too ancient history about which no one knows anything except guesswork.
