There are many speculations about what actually is the HAARP antenna complex in Alaska, owned by the US armed forces. Writers and journalists for the most part are inclined to the version of a climate weapon designed to cause droughts and hurricanes in Russia. But it's not that simple.
And yet it is Tesla
Any movement of the earth's crust, be it catastrophic earthquakes, or small shocks, affect people very strongly. Soviet scientists in the 20th century found that even minor shifts in the earth's crust lead to an increase in the mortality rate of patients who have recently undergone complex operations, an increase in the number of accidents on power grids, plane crashes and accidents in mines. Moreover, such negative consequences occur not immediately after the earthquake, but within a day or even a week after it. Scientists from the Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies associate this with the emergence of powerful low-frequency magnetic radiation and electric fields in the earth's crust during a seismic event, which affect people and technology. A relationship has also been observed between earthquakes and epidemics.
Of course, the military decided to take these processes into service first. And the first experiments in this area are attributed to the scientist Nikola Tesla, who tried to transfer energy through the ionosphere to a distance. In different books, the authors give a diagram of Tesla's antenna. However, according to the head of the Department of Analysis Methods of the Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies Svetlana Evgenievna Baida in the article "Assessment of the Possibility of Initiating Mega-Catastrophes Using Existing Technical Means and Technologies", the scheme is not fully reflected even in the patent, since the antenna was standing over a shaft 40 meters deep and had additional equipment.
Scientists know that concentric electric fields appeared around Tesla's antenna during the tests, very similar to the fields that occur during an earthquake. They directly affected the earth and led, in particular, to the Tunguska explosion on the other half of the globe. This conclusion is supported by the fact that during the antenna tests on Earth, seismic silence occurred, which lasted for 44 days. Then, from June 23 to June 30, 1908, solar activity increased to 39W, an ionization surge occurred in the upper atmosphere, which contributed to the formation of a huge plasmoid, which provoked a colossal explosion.
Several more facts confirm the latter assumption: firstly, eyewitnesses in the Irkutsk province claimed that the Tunguska body in the sky changed direction. Secondly, the witnesses of the explosion received a skin lesion, very similar to a radiation burn. This is due to the fact that strong electrical discharges can be accompanied by an emission of X-rays. And thirdly, after the explosion, the Evenk camps in the Siberian taiga were mowed down by an unknown epidemic.
After it became clear what exactly Tesla invented, the experiments were classified.

Research continues
It is foolish to think that with the death of Tesla, the Americans stopped researching such weapons. They continued: during World War II, the Americans invented bombs that could cause earthquakes. The result of the scientists' work was the powerful 20-ton T-12 bombs, and at the end of the 20th century, GBU-28 guided bombs weighing 2,300 kg appeared. With the help of such a weapon, it was possible to get to the bunker, hidden under 30 meters of soil and 6 meters of concrete. The current MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator) anti-bunker bomb is capable of penetrating reinforced concrete to a depth of 60 meters.
In the USSR, they also tried to create installations for influencing tectonics, but they followed a peaceful path, inventing systems for ensuring seismic safety. In the 1970s, a magnetohydrodynamic generator was developed that sent electrical impulses into the earth's crust and removed tectonic stress. In 1981, the Sura radio antenna complex began operation in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In 1999, a vibration unit TsVO-100 was built at Baikal in Babushkin. However, all Soviet developments were inferior in power to the American HAARP complex.
At the end of the 20th century, the Americans cunningly seized information from Soviet seismic services on the territory of the USSR, and after the collapse of the country, they intensified research on the basis of the Sura project, whose head, academician Roald Zinnurovich Sagdeev, left for the United States and became one of the leaders of the HAARP project.
The American HAARP complex was launched in 1997. It is located 250 km from Anchorage, near the city of Gacon (Alaska, USA) and consists of 360 antennas-emitters and 180 antennas-receivers. Its exact power is unknown. This is a system of phased antennas that cover the entire zenith space of the sky and, if necessary, create plasma formations at a distance of several thousand kilometers.
HAARP is a multipurpose complex capable of blocking navigation, radar, radio communications and disabling electronics in missiles, aircraft and space satellites. Its underground part can cause accidents on power grids, gas and oil pipelines, as well as detect any object in the airspace of the Earth and under its surface.
HAARP really has the ability to influence the atmosphere over Russia. Its radiation with high accuracy can be directed to certain regions of the country in order to cause diseases, ailments in people and increase the pathogenicity of microorganisms. But the main thing is that HAARP is a tectonic weapon that forms plasmoid formations in the atmosphere with enormous explosion energy.
Scientists from the Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies believe that some of the earthquakes of recent decades are of artificial nature. These are devastating earthquakes in Neftegorsk in 1995, in Haiti on January 12, 2010, on the east coast of the United States on August 23, 2011 and in Japan on March 9, 2011. The latest disaster claimed the lives of 15,896 people, 2,536 people went missing, a huge tsunami then washed away four cities. That earthquake was unusual - at first there was a shock of magnitude 6, which was supposed to discharge the tension in the earth's crust, but two days later there was a shock of 9 magnitude.
The earthquake in Tuva on February 26, 2012 and subsequent tremors in the same area are also considered the result of HAARP's activities.
The appearance of the fireball over Chelyabinsk is also associated with HAARP. This is supported by the fact that the meteorite was not detected by any of the radar services, the trajectory of the fireball was in the direction from HAARP, and the explosion energy was many times higher than the calculated explosion energy for a body with a radius of 10 meters.
The HAARP antenna complex in Alaska is not the only one - similar systems have already been installed by the United States in Tajikistan, Europe, on the Scandinavian Peninsula, in Australia at the Expot base, in California and South America.
