Google introduced a new service Timelapse - the developers told about this in the company's blog. In Timelapse, you can see how different parts of our planet have changed over 33 years.
Fascinating pictures
More than 5 million images were used to create the Timelapse satellite map. The old photos were provided by the Landsat program, the new images were taken from the Landsat 8 and Sentinel-2 satellites.

Experts combined the photos into 33 global panoramas. After that, they created 25 million videos of various resolutions, which are superimposed on each other for continuous viewing. Some videos can be watched on YouTube:
