Video: English Lessons: 20 QUESTIONS ABOUT YOU (present simple tense) 2024, May
Anonim

These seven questions are designed to help you free yourself from the limitations of 3D reality and help you create life as you wish!

According to the theory of Quantum Physics, the Universe exists as an infinite number of possible events, until one of them is chosen. These possibilities are represented by the wave principle, where each probability is located on the convexity of the wave (sinusoid). Each time a choice is made, the wave (sine wave of probabilities) ceases to exist. Any subsequent question creates a new wave of possibilities. As soon as a range of possibilities / probabilities open up - the only thing left for you to do is to choose the most suitable from it.

The questions that will be discussed below are rather capacious and endowed with tremendous power. When you ask yourself them, do not expect an immediate answer, although it may turn out that the answer will come immediately. Sometimes the very fact that a question is asked works wonders and changes lives. Pay attention to your dreams and notice the signs that catch your eye. These can be words from a book, a picture, a memory, etc. However, remember that the process of changing energy begins immediately after the question is asked. Keep asking yourself until you feel that the question is no longer relevant to you.

1. Is this my energy?

During the transition to a New Energy level, the frequency of the vibrations around us can fluctuate significantly and change dramatically. When the vibrations of the planet increase, you experience feelings of bliss and fullness of feelings. At such moments it seems to you that you really accept, feel and understand the new energies. You are calm and confident that everything will be fine.

When the vibrations of the planet are lowered, you feel tension. Old limiting programs that you thought you got rid of, suddenly reappear. At these moments, it seems to you that you are missing something and you do not know where and how to move on. You are irritated or, on the contrary, too haggard. Things seem to go wrong and old habits may return. You might even be surprised and say to yourself: “It seemed to me that I had long since parted with the old programs. Am I wrong … again ?! Well, are you familiar with these moments?

The psychic abilities in you are much more developed than you can imagine. Not only do you feel the changing vibrational frequencies on the planet, but you also catch the thoughts, emotions and physical sensations of other people. It is a wonderful ability and part of your New Energy Being. The problem is that you perceive these energies unconsciously and try to "fit" them into some kind of program that you understand from the past, and coincides with its frequency!

Old programs can be negative emotions, limiting thoughts, pain, illness, or old habits that you have already given up in the present. However, you accept someone else's energy, mistakenly thinking that it is yours.

In my personal example, this was associated with back pain, which was my long-term program. Almost all my life, my physical actions were limited by back pain, specifically sciatica. Not so long ago I managed to get rid of this problem. OK, of course she didn't just disappear. I worked on myself for a very long time and learned to live in harmony with my body. When the pain returned again, I first condemned myself: "Oh no … Why did I create this pain for myself again?" But then I stopped and decided to look at this problem from the side of my expanded etheric body. Then I realized that I was translating the new energies I received into old programs. With my inner vision, I saw a through wind blowing through me. Only I didn't just let that wind pass through me, I created hooks that caught the wind and anchored it in my body. Because the energies were similar, I thought it was my energy.

Another example, when I noticed that I was obsessively haunted by the memories of all those terrible (in my past opinion) things that my ex-husband did before and during our divorce. A maze of unpleasant thoughts engulfed me before I could finally realize it: “Wow! I figured out this story a long time ago. How did I fall into the trap of these thoughts again? I realized that I had accepted emotions that did not belong to me. The energy of this program matched what I had previously experienced, being consumed by the drama of my divorce. Since this energy was familiar to me, it caused the same emotions in me. My mind projected thoughts that were akin to this energy.

The point is that you don't have to accept these other people's energies. By being conscious of what is happening, you can abstract and prevent a reaction to these energies, thus preventing the consequences of this reaction. Stay aware and question whatever you feel or think is negative. Ask yourself, "Is this mine?" Your inner awareness will help you get the answer that will come to you mentally, either through muscle testing (kinesiology), or with the help of tarot cards, etc. If this energy is not yours, then it will give itself out immediately after the question was asked. Then say the following words: “Thank you for the awareness, but this is not my energy. Let her pass by”use your imagination, breathe evenly and let her go. Release the hooks and let the energy pass you by. Relief may not come immediately, give yourself time. Keep breathing and letting go.

Below is an exercise that is useful in practice.

Go out for a walk in a residential area. As you walk down the street, notice every thought, emotion or sensation that comes to you and ask, "Is this mine?" I was amazed when I did this exercise. At some point, I suddenly felt sad, but I caught myself and asked myself: "Is this my state?" the answer came immediately: "No." “Well then, let the energy of sadness pass by,” I said to myself, and the sadness immediately left on its own. Later, my hips began to ache, as soon as I realized that it was also “not my” energy: the pain disappeared after a few minutes. Such moments were repeated over and over again, and none of the energies that passed but received by me were mine!

Constantly aware of this process, I think you will be surprised to find out how few thoughts, emotions and physical sensations actually belong to you!

2. What happens if …?

Anything that has ever been created is first imagined. When you ask yourself this question: "What will happen if …?", Imagine how you will feel at the same time. When you use your senses to perceive potential reality, this process activates the part in you that is responsible for creating reality. Concentrate your imagination to create a new sensation. This will initiate a flow or surge of energy that will exert the desired effect. Focusing only on the physical manifestation limits you to this very option. But you need freedom of choice, so you need to consider all options, including those that you cannot imagine yet.

Here are some examples:

What will happen…

- if I always have a lot of money?

- if my body looks the way I want it?

- (or better yet) if I love my body no matter how it looks?

- if I am extraordinarily successful?

- if I knew what to do in this / this or that situation?

- if I don't have to worry about my son (daughter, mother, etc.)?

If you are having difficulty imagining physical sensations and emotions, do not despair. Keep asking. You may even ask: "What will happen if I can imagine …?" the more time you spend on feeling the desired effect / condition, the better.

3. What should be involved in order to … come true easily?

In the New Energy period, we create effortlessly. When we want something to happen, but are not sure what exactly needs to be done for this, we must ask ourselves the question: “What should be involved in order to … be easily realized?”. Do not in any way ask: "What should I do?" or "What will be my next step?" Do you feel the difference in the energy of these questions ?! If you ask yourself what to do, you are setting yourself a linear way of creating that requires effort on your part. "What should be attracted?" - it is an invitation for what you want to come true without struggle and effort, and it opens up possibilities that you could not even imagine. This question invites the Universe to support you in your creative process.

4. What good is that I don't have?

Very often we focus on what is wrong or bad in a situation. Then we begin to condemn ourselves and / or others for what they did wrong, allowing this scenario. Accordingly, what you focus your thoughts on attracts more and more energy. So asking, "What good is it that I didn't get it?" attracts your energy to what is good and eliminates the judgmental process.

Think how many times in your life there have been events in which you condemned yourself for failure. For example, having experienced such a nuisance as losing a job. When you look back at the problem (perhaps after getting a better job), you realize that the very fact of losing your job was actually a positive experience for you. Asking yourself this question, you change your perception, and accordingly it affects your further experience.

5. How did I create this?

When you ask yourself, "How did I create this?", You are deliberately paying attention to a decision that was made by you unconsciously, and which led to not very positive consequences. Somehow my daughter got an ear infection. A few days later I felt unwell: my body ached, a terrible weakness literally knocked me down. I asked myself, "How did I create this?" and remembered that in the morning I felt a pain in my ear. It dawned on me that I had taken over my daughter's suffering and pain. At that moment in the morning I decided that I could cope with this disease faster and easier than my daughter, who had been sick for 6 days without visible improvement. Then I, having switched my attention to something else, fell into a state of unconsciousness. After a couple of hours, I felt bad. The question is, "how did I create this?" helped me remember that moment of unconsciousness, from which it all started, after which I managed to cancel this program. It soon became much easier for both of us.

Don't ask, "Why did I do this?" When you ask yourself “why,” you go back to the moment of your past failures, when you did something similar and accordingly resurrect all the emotions and judgments that were caused by those failures. Why does it attract all those energies that make you repeat your mistakes (for example, a relationship with a cheating ex-husband). Why reinforces the limiting reality of the current situation. Instead, ask “how did it start,” and what was the moment when the experience was created.

6. What would have happened if not for this pain?

You can use this question when asking: "Is it mine (state / energy)?", You will not experience visible changes or improvements. The sudden pain sensations themselves are interpretations of sensory / sensory cues. Therefore, by asking question 6, you will create the ability to broadcast such signals in a different way. For example, if someone is trying to communicate with you, and you do not react to him in any way, then someone else's energy of unrealized communication can express itself in you in the form of physical pain. Emotions can also be translated into pain.

7. How can this be improved?

Tell yourself this every time something good happens. If you find money, say, "How can this situation get any better?"

Here's the story of a woman who found a penny on the ground and asked herself, "How can this situation improve?" Shortly thereafter, she found a 10 dollar bill in the back seat of a taxi, she asked the question again, "how can this get any better?" After a while, she noticed a shiny object in the drainage channel, it turned out to be a diamond bracelet. Unfortunately, picking it up, she said to herself: "There can be nothing better than this!" and it didn't get any better.

Also say, “How can this improve?” When you get into trouble. If your car has a flat tire, ask, "How can this get better?" If your child is in trouble at school … "How can this improve?" This is an invitation from the universe to show you how things can really get better.

If you can't think of a question to ask yourself (on what topic), try:

What would I ask if I knew what to ask for?

It may sound strange, but there is a chance that this question will be the best and most effective one!

Regularly applying these questions will gradually change your reality. The main secret lies in the fact that you yourself create this reality and your life on Earth! You create it daily. Why not do it on your own? Why not have fun and enjoy this creative process?
