Children usually see the world differently than adults. So, miracles can be the norm for them. Numerous studies prove that children are able to remember their past incarnations and often come into contact with the so-called subtle entities - the inhabitants of the otherworldly reality.
Memories of other lives
Experts say that most often, memories of previous reincarnations begin to surface in children aged 2-5 years. They often recall events of a dramatic nature. So, a certain I. Semenova told the following story about her son Nikita. When the boy was a little over two years old, one evening his dad began to compose a fairy tale for his son.
The father invited Nikita to choose a name for the main character himself. He immediately called the name - Kanik. Subsequently, he often referred to this Kanika. When the parents began to ask him who this man was, the kid told in detail that Kanik is the king, he rides with a sword on horseback and in one of the battles … he killed him, Nikita!
It seemed strange to my parents. They decided to look for information about Kanika on the Internet - what if he really once existed? Imagine their surprise when it turned out that in ancient Khorezm there really was once a ruler named Kanik. He lived in the 8th century, and there was even an image of a coin with a portrait of Kanik engraved on it.
It is curious that when Nikita talked about Kanik, he did not change the details of the presentation of events. So the little boy could hardly have composed all this. On the whole, his story coincided with what was known about the ancient ruler.

By the age of three, the boy had already forgotten about Kanika. But most of all Nikita loved to play war. By the age of seven, he himself sculpted soldiers from clay, "attached" them spears and swords from pieces of wood and "led into battle." But cars and trains bought by his parents did not interest him at all. Now he enthusiastically plays computer games, also with a "military" bias.
The impetus for "memories of the past incarnation" is often an event or impression. So, one girl, during a trip in a car with her mother, saw sun glare on the glass and immediately "remembered" how she had once passed over the bridge, which was just like shining in the sun, and drowned, falling into the river.
On one of the online forums, the girl said that when she was little, she somehow began to cry and scream when she met an unfamiliar guy in the store. The shocked parents had to urgently take the baby away. Already in the car, the girl said that the person whom they saw in the store once took her away from her “first mother” and hid her under the floor, after which she fell asleep for a long time and woke up already “at the other mother's”. The baby asked to hide it under the dashboard so that the stranger would not find her.
One woman recalls that her three-year-old son said he really liked the "new daddy." And the previous one hit the boy in the back, which caused him to die. “My new daddy will never do that to me,” the baby added.
Another woman's son, aged five or six, told her:
- Until I was born here, did I still have a sister? She and my other mother are so old now. I hope they were doing well when the car caught fire.
According to one man, when his daughter was 2.5 years old, while swimming, she suddenly uttered the following phrase:
- And I never got to anyone. Some have already tried one night. They broke down the doors and tried, but I fought back. I died and now I live here.
Sinister "friends" of children
It is also known that children often invent for themselves non-existent friends with whom they supposedly talk and play. More often than not, parents take this for an outburst of fantasy. However, some of the stories found on the Web are thought-provoking.
For example, one woman said that her daughter, when she was little, had an imaginary "friend" named Sally. The girl once mentioned that Sally was in prison for chopping off her mother's head.
Another woman said that at the age of three, her daughter wrote stories about a certain Kelly, who allegedly lived in a wardrobe. The baby claimed that while she herself was asleep, Kelly sits in a baby rocking chair, and when the girl is awake, the "friend" plays with her. Gradually, the girl stopped talking about Kelly. But one day, when she was already five years old, her parents watched the movie "The Amityville Horror" on TV. When an image of a dead girl with black eye sockets appeared on the screen, her daughter unexpectedly entered the room. Glancing at the screen, she exclaimed:
- She's exactly like Kelly, who used to live in my closet!
Another user shared the story with her friend. The woman's seven-year-old son constantly tormented her with stories about the ghost that lived in his room. The boy called the ghost Captain and described him as a white, elderly bearded man. The captain told the boy that when he grew up, he would kill people, and who exactly, the phantom promised to tell. The boy refused, but the Captain insisted that he had no choice …
The "friend" of the next storyteller's four-year-old son had glowing red eyes. When the boy went to bed, the "friend" would sit in the corner of the room and illuminate it with his own eyes. Fortunately, he did not tell the kid any horrors.
Another interesting story. The narrator's younger brother, at the age of 3-4, had an imaginary friend named Freya. Apparently, it was an adult, not a child. According to the boy's description, Fraya had dark skin, wore little clothing and liked to hunt. Freya once said that many years ago he lived near the house where he now lives. But his village, along with all the inhabitants, was burned by white people. It is unlikely that a four-year-old kid could come up with this on his own …
Returned from the other world
Like adults, children can, during clinical death, experience so-called posthumous experiences and come into contact with something irrational. Research on this topic was carried out by Penny Sartori, Ph. D. (USA).
Dr. Sartori, 17 years old in the intensive care unit, cites the story of a six-month-old baby in one of her articles published in the journal Critical Care Medicine. He almost died of a serious illness, but recovered. Three years later, the boy told his parents that his grandmother would soon die.
- Going to meet God, will she go through the same tunnel? he asked. The child was referring to his own experience of "passing through the tunnel" in a state of clinical death, which he experienced.
Another example. Four-year-old Tom, the son of a British soldier named Harry, was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction. For several days he was between life and death, but survived. A few months after the boy was discharged from the hospital, Tom, while walking with his father, suddenly asked to take him "to that park." To Harry's questions, the boy replied that he saw this park when he was in the hospital.
First he "went through the tunnel", then he found himself outside the fence of the park, where many children played and swayed on a swing. Tom wanted to climb over the fence to join the other children, but a man stopped him, explaining that the boy's time had not yet come. After which the stranger again directed Tom into the tunnel, and he woke up already in a hospital bed.
According to Penny Sartori, children's stories about clinical death are practically no different from those of adults. They see a bright light at the end of the tunnel and often meet their deceased loved ones. Then someone gives them the order to return. But at the same time, children feel so happy in the “next world” that they have a desire to find themselves there again.
Thus, Dr. Phyllis Marie Atwater, who communicated with such children, claims that many of them agree to return to the physical world only because they do not want to upset their loved ones. There were even several cases when children who once found themselves "on the other side" later tried to commit suicide, because they liked "there" more than "here".
Parapsychologists also have a theory that children retain memories of being in the womb and the first time after birth. But then this information is erased from their memory …
Perhaps, nature itself has provided mechanisms for "erasing" unnecessary information. If not for this, then we would have remembered our "life" before birth and in those dimensions where the soul dwells between death and the next birth.
