The one who brought peace and wisdom to the ancient Earth
The God who, as the ancient Egyptians believed, taught their ancestors astronomy, was the wise One: "He who knows the heavens, able to count the stars, enumerate everything that is on Earth, and measure the Earth itself." He came to power after Horus, the son of Isis, and for some reason was considered by the Egyptians by another generation of "gods", the god Neteru. Roughly, like another royal dynasty, of a different kind … He was really a wise "god": under him the clan conflicts ended, peace and tranquility reigned.
He was a representative of the great "gods-Neteru". We don't know exactly what this meant. Neither Ptah, nor Ra, nor Osiris and Seth had previously been called this "title." And it ceases to exist since the "reign of the demigods" (7050 - 4100 BC), "Neteru" is ruled by only one thousand years. Were they ordinary "gods" or not?.. Although in a sense they were considered to have created themselves, it was at the same time generally recognized that they had some kind of special connection with another country - a fabulous and distant land, called in ancient texts of Ta-Neteru, Land of the Gods.
It was believed that Ta-Neteru had a specific terrestrial location somewhere far south of Ancient Egypt, beyond the seas and oceans - even further than the country of Punt (East Africa) …
Another mythical paradise, also associated with Neteru, is the "abode of the blessed", where the best of people are sometimes taken and which is "located behind a wide expanse of water." The Egyptians believed that this country can only be reached by boat or with the personal help of the gods who can deliver their favorites there … Those who are lucky to get there find themselves in a magical garden “on the islands, through the channels between which water flows, which is why they always green and fertile."
It is quite possible that we are talking about some kind of laboratory of "gods" on the coast of East Africa.
Whatever the reality behind the legend of Neteru, the ancient Egyptians remembered and revered Thoth as the inventor of mathematics, astronomy and technology. They believed that it was his will and energy that kept the forces of heaven and earth in balance. It was his great knowledge of celestial mechanics that made it possible to correctly use the laws on which the Universe is based and develops. It was also credited to Thoth that he taught the ancient Egyptians the art of geometry and geodesy, medicine and botany. He was also considered the inventor of "numbers, letters, reading and writing." He was the "Great Lord of Magic" who could move objects by the power of his voice, "the author of all kinds of deeds in all kinds of fields of knowledge, both human and divine."
It was to the teaching of Thoth, which they zealously kept in their temples and passed on from generation to generation in the form of forty-two volumes of instructions, that the ancient ancient Egyptians attributed their generally recognized wisdom and knowledge of heavenly affairs.

By all accounts, Thoth was a wise and successful "god." Under him, conflicts and showdowns between the "gods" themselves subsided (for the first time in a long time!), He somehow found a balance for all forces. And people, human civilization, developed under him, our ancestors were given knowledge and certain opportunities. Many agree in time that the notorious "golden age" on Earth (the time of peace and prosperity) most closely matches the rule of Thoth …
But, as it turned out, it was the calm before the storm, and with Thoth the wisdom among the "gods" and the hybrids generated by them came to an end … When they, the "demigods", came to power, all squabbles flared up with renewed vigor and a long "War of the Gods" reigned accompanied by terrible destruction on Earth … Which was delayed by the "gods". Full peace (but at what a terrible cost!) And a new era only came from 5500 BC.
