We have well learned the principle: in a healthy body - a healthy mind! But the opposite is often the case. Have you ever wondered why some people constantly get sick, while others do not get sick even during epidemics? Why do some people recover from "incurable" diseases, while others die from quite ordinary, seemingly not life-threatening diseases?

The ancient Greeks already understood that the body is inseparable from the soul. But only in the ix century the terms "psychosomatics" and psychosomatic diseases (from the Greek "psycho" - soul, "soma" - body) appeared. At the same time, there were also factors that determine health as a harmonious state of mind.

It turns out that the causes of many ailments lie in our consciousness, in our soul. Unhealthy is a manifestation of our psychological problems, negative emotions. We often create our own diseases. The body "absorbs" our thoughts, beliefs, emotions and reacts to them. Some “go away” into illness from duties, responsibility, unwillingness to work. Children often get sick from a lack of love and attention.

Today, doctors do not doubt that negative emotions (fear, resentment, anger, anger, feelings of hopelessness, guilt) destroy the body. For example, unwillingness to see one's surroundings leads to deterioration of vision, heart hurts from hidden grievances, unwillingness to accept the world as it is, causes allergies.

Classic examples of psychosomatic diseases are hypertension, bronchial ulcers, peptic ulcer disease, neurodermatitis, heart rhythm disturbances, erection and menstrual disorders. The conclusion suggests itself: to be healthy physically, you must be healthy mentally, psychologically.

The life of Nonna Kuchina, the creator of the world famous products “dr. nona”, by the American writer Louise Hay, the practice of doctors Luule Viilma, V. Sinelnikov and many others, oriental medicine testifies to the fact that changing one's worldview, attitude to life, faith and will overcome diseases. The body constantly sends us signals, "talks" with us, only we do not have enough time and desire to listen to it. Let's try to do this.

1. Skin diseases are derived from hypersensitivity and vulnerability of a person, from the fact that he does not find mutual understanding with loved ones.

2. Bronchial asthma can be caused by a feeling of depression, inability to make decisions on their own, to let new things into your life. It is believed that asthmatics are people in need of increased care and love, and attacks often occur just from a lack of attention.

3. Peptic ulcer is a manifestation of the need to be loved, needed. It arises as a result of depression, stress, low self-esteem.

4. Women's diseases also often develop due to their own insecurity, self-rejection, dislike for oneself as a woman.

5. Excess weight (obesity) is evidence of increased vulnerability, defenselessness, a desire to isolate oneself from life's problems, and distrust of life.

6. Loss of appetite is the other side of the coin, but it is caused by the same reasons, the need for protection is especially acute.

7. Migraines often suffer from those who resist the flow of life, do not accept the new, do not want to be led, actively resist the influence of others.

8. Cancer. Many doctors are also sure that the trigger mechanism for the appearance of tumors is severe stress, deep resentment, sadness, and a sense of hopelessness.

If you are sick, you should not limit yourself to going to the doctor, who can only relieve you of the symptoms of the disease. Official medicine does not know the causes of diseases. Doctors honestly admit this (for example, V. Sinelnikov in the book "Love your disease").

The realization that our health is in our hands (or rather, in our minds, in our character, in our psychology) is the first step towards recovery. The second step is understanding the origins of your illnesses. And the next step is decision making, action. We clearly formulate the task to ourselves: "I want to end the problem that brought me to illness!" And then - work on yourself: your character, thoughts and feelings.

So,> in life we are constantly faced with a dilemma: indulge our illnesses, complain, feel sorry for ourselves or "heal" our consciousness, create an atmosphere of confidence, love, and positiveness in life. I think you will make the right choice.
