The topic of the inexplicable movement of the Earth's magnetic poles in the past few years has practically not left the headlines of both world tabloids and scientific publications. Every week there are some new measurement data, new scientific publications, interviews of some figures from geophysics, who intelligently share their opinions and forecasts with the public.
There are many different and different forecasts. For example, pessimists suggest that the reversal of the magnetic poles will lead to an inevitable shift of the earth's crust, as a result of which the geographic poles will also change and how it will all end up scary even to imagine.
On the contrary, optimists laugh at the pessimists and naively assume that everything will end; we are setting up the production of new compasses, whose arrows will change colors: red will turn blue, and blue will turn red. In general, the opinions are diametrical.
However, in this huge chorus of enlightened experts there was no place for humble representatives of such a science as molecular biology, for what are these biochemists studying there? Some kind of cell biology, some lipids and chromosomes, and after all, when the poles change, we are not talking about the cell nucleus, but about the core of the Earth.
From the point of view of renowned tabloid journalists or some advanced Soviet milkmaid, this scientific approach is absolutely correct, however, what everyone forgot about is what the brains of both milkmaids and geophysicists are made of.
And their brains are made up of cells, most of which are called neurons. These neurons have been studied for a long time, however, how these neurons work is still not clear.
It is also unclear how different kinds of differentiating cells work, for example, various kinds of receptors, which react to something and then begin to control either the transmission of a signal between neurons, or the growth and development of neurons. And one of the varieties of these control cells are the so-called magnetoreceptors, the presence of which was first discovered in birds.
At the moment, biochemists present how the magnetoreceptor works only in the most general terms. According to the most widespread and well-confirmed theory, magnetic fields regulate quantum-chemical reactions in proteins of the cryptochrome group, which, by modifying, affect the functioning of cells, which, in turn, control nerve signals.

Since everyone is well aware that birds constantly fly from north to south, birds were the first to have magnetoreceptors. But later they were found even in insects, not to mention all mammals and humans. The truth with the person turned out to be even more interesting.
From the moment physiologists began to study the human brain, everyone was terribly interested in: how does memory work in humans? What mechanisms lie in the memorization process? Two hundred thousand versions were invented over two hundred years, and each of them really explains something, but only in recent decades, with the development of computers and the appearance of highly sensitive devices, molecular biologists began to guess that the memory of all living things is based on a magnetic field and the recording is approximately on the same principle as recording to a magnetic disk. Only the role of sectors is played by certain molecules that record information.
This rather revolutionary theory, to which at least hundreds of studies are devoted to one degree or another, finds a number of confirmations in practice. In particular, by removing magnetic fields from the brain of an experienced pilot and then broadcasting these fields to the brain of a trained pilot, researchers have already been able to accelerate training by tens of percent. However, the hypotheses of molecular biologists went further.
In particular, there are many works where the authors suggest that the Earth's magnetic field and the magnetic orientation of molecules in neurons are strongly interrelated. So interconnected that a person's memory is smeared between his brain and the earth's magnetic field. It is even possible that the so-called afterlife is the planet's magnetic field, in which after the death of a creature, its identical imprint remains.
Whether the latter assumption is correct is already a subject of debate among theologians, however, the connection between the magnetic recording in the brain and the global magnetic field is no longer a theory, but a practice: in space, where the planet's magnetic field is minimized, neither animals nor humans have a brain … This is a well-known fact to all biologists, which conspiracy theorists often cite to refute the NASA story about flights to the moon in cardboard boxes.
And now, in light of the above facts, let's model a total pole shift, not geographic, but magnetic.
A pessimistic view of the situation suggests that everyone will die at this moment, because no one’s brains will work and the nerves will not even be able to support the work of the heart. To us, this view seems unnecessarily pessimistic, since it is not confirmed by practice: there have been more than one pole flips on the planet, but the species have not died out from this.
Thus, the optimistic option is most likely realized: no one will die anywhere, but everyone's memory will be erased and drooling imbeciles will happily run around the planet, who will not even remember their names.
And something similar has definitely happened on the planet, which is well known to all alternative historians. The whole world is covered with antediluvian engineering structures, the purpose of which no one knows anything, which is understandable: after the last pole shift, the brains of all survivors were formatted.
Something similar awaits modern mankind, since the continents may not yet be in significant motion, but the magnetic poles are definitely preparing for a coup.
