British fisherman Wayne Foulkes from Wrexham, North Wales, was horrified after examining his record-catching photographs. One of the pictures behind the man, who is holding a 6-kg carp, captures an eerie blood-red face. Folks believes it is the ghost of the lake, according to the Mirror.
Local official Paul Pemberton said the ghost had every reason to appear in the fisherman's photo.
“Lake Poncho, where the Folks fished, has a rather dark history. In recent years, at least one person has drowned in it and another has committed suicide,”Pemberton said.
“However, this is the first time we have received reports of ghosts. The lake is located in the center of the town and is surrounded on all sides by houses. The locals were amused by the news of the poltergeist. None of them have seen anything like it here,”the official added.
This is not the first time ghosts have suddenly appeared in British photographs. So, in January, a ghost was seen in a family photo taken in one of the country's pubs.
