Everyone is accustomed to the fact that you need to develop memory, attention, intelligence, and improve your body. But for some reason, at the same time, few people pay attention to the brain itself, on which the development of all this in most cases depends. Even the body will not develop and improve, if before that the brain does not properly tune in and think about how to start working on the body.

Everyone knows that the brain consists of two parts: left and right. They are engaged in different matters. And at the same time, for some, the left side functions better, for others the right, and for the happiest both. Naturally, the winners are those who make the most of their wealth.

The left hemisphere thinks logically. The right one helps to create something new, to generate ideas, as it is fashionable to say now. However, it is possible to be a mathematician with a well-developed left hemisphere and still not invent anything new. And you can be a creator and throw ideas left and right and not one of them is realized due to the inconsistency and illogicality of your actions. Such people also occur. And they lack only one thing: work on improving their brain, bringing it into a harmonious state.

Meanwhile, psychophysiologists have long developed a system of exercises for this. It is good in this respect for musicians, for example, pianists. They were already harmonious from early childhood. After all, the hands are the most important tool for brain development. Acting with two hands, a person develops both hemispheres.

So let's move on to the exercises. Many of them are well known to us from childhood.

1. "Ear-nose". With the left hand we take the tip of the nose, and with the right hand we take the opposite ear, i.e. left. At the same time release your ear and nose, clap your hands, change the position of your hands "exactly the opposite." I tried it, it worked better as a child.

2. "Mirror Drawing". Put a blank sheet of paper on the table, take a pencil each. Draw simultaneously with both hands mirror-symmetrical drawings, letters. When doing this exercise, you should feel the relaxation of the eyes and hands, because when both hemispheres work simultaneously, the efficiency of the whole brain improves.

3. "Ring". Alternately and very quickly, we sort out the fingers, connecting the index, middle, ring, little fingers in a ring with the thumb. First, you can use each hand separately, then simultaneously with both hands.

Now let's remember the lessons of physical education. No wonder we were forced to do exercises in which we had to reach our right leg with our left hand and vice versa. They also develop our hemispheres, and help them work in concert.

Neurolinguistic programming, or NLP for short, helps to develop the brain hemispheres. I liked one of the NLP techniques called Ambulance.

It helps relieve emotional stress, improves performance, develops attention, thinking and interhemispheric connections. This exercise is challenging and fun.

I explain the procedure. Before you lies a piece of paper with the letters of the alphabet, almost all of them. Under each letter are written the letters L, P or B. The upper letter is pronounced, and the lower one indicates the movement of the hands. L - the left hand rises to the left side, R - the right hand rises to the right side, B - both hands rise up. Everything is very simple, if it were not so difficult to do all this at the same time. The exercise is performed in sequence from the first letter to the last, then from the last letter to the first. The following is written on the sheet.
