The classic Mayan boat is a canoe. And today, many peoples of the world use a small floating vehicle to transport themselves and their goods. The canoe is used by travelers on rivers and lakes.
There is a group of scientists who believe that our information about the Maya vehicles is not complete. According to these experts, carrying weights on oneself could not lead to the civilizational flourishing that the Maya demonstrated.
