Meanwhile, ordinary users of the World Wide Web build their theories regarding the nature of such a surreal phenomenon. Some say that this is the result of a change in the poles of the Earth. Others blame aliens for everything. According to others, a portal to another dimension has opened over Brazil. Many eminent ufologists refuse to give an unambiguous assessment of what happened, but note that such a multicolored glow has been increasingly observed recently in different parts of our planet.
