A resident of Sakhalin witnessed an unidentified flying object in the night sky of the town of Nogliki. The man filmed footage of a glowing ball flying over residential high-rise buildings. According to the author of the half-minute video, the UFO changed its location several times, he already "had to go through several houses and return for the phone."
“Nogliki. Night sky. Estimated time 21.20. An unidentified very large brightly luminous object was seen moving slowly and silently. What surprised me most was the indifference of the local residents, who indifferently answered my questions: “well, maybe this has already happened here”, “well, yes, it's strange” and passed on.
