The most fantastic explanation for what happened was offered by ufologist Scott Waring. He believes that the alien base is to blame for everything. The karst funnel is a special relief formation, wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, often turning into a kind of "organ pipe", under which there is a karst cave. The depth and diameter of such dips are very different - from one to several hundred meters and even several kilometers.
The reasons for their formation also differ: it can be washing out and subsidence of cover deposits, collapse of the arch of the earth's cavity, as well as leaching and removal of dissolved rocks through underground channels. Such craters appear in the most unexpected places, including under busy roads and houses where people live.
China is not the only country affected by geological cataclysms. This is happening all over the world. Unfortunately, the crater carried ten houses underground and several people died. Geologists have not given an unambiguous answer as to the reasons for its occurrence. In Russia, the soil often goes underground in the Ryazan and Novgorod regions, in the Middle Urals, in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
