In the Voronezh region, an unidentified and cunning beast continues to raid the farmsteads of residents.
On May 28, at about six o'clock in the morning, Irina Ryazantseva from Pavlovsky (Pavlovsky district), as usual, went to visit her pets - rabbits with rabbits. But in the shed where the cages were, an unpleasant surprise awaited her: the snow-white pet of the giant breed and her bunny were lying near the open cage in unnatural positions. The stunned woman called her husband.
“The body of a large rabbit was kind of broken,” says Vladimir Ryazantsev. - It bent in all directions, as if the animal's spine was broken in several places. There was a large wound in the groin area, but there was no trace of blood. Looking closely, I saw several bites on the carcass, and the rabbit had no front leg and a large torn-off vessel protruded.
After conducting his own investigation, the owner of the house on Krasny Put Street, a former law enforcement officer, found that the intruder first gnawed and scratched the bottom of the outer door to the shed. Then he probably shook it to turn the "turntable". When he got inside, he easily opened one of the cages - the one that was locked with an aluminum hook.
But the second one, snapped onto a pivoting latch, failed. It was clearly visible how the night robber was raging: gnawing at the wooden frame of the cage, trying to climb onto it. But boards were piled on top, and he could not do this. The newcomer only managed to pull out a canvas bag from under the boards and tear it to shreds. The inhabitants of the second cell survived.

- I got rabbits a little more than a month ago, the bunnies only recently lambed, - Vladimir laments. But it is possible that this beast will appear more than once.
On rather large footprints leading from the fence along the dung heap, it was possible to find out that the "Chupacabra" came from the neighboring courtyard. They keep chickens, but the beast did not touch the bird.
- My acquaintances hunters say that it can be a raccoon or just a stray dog, - says Vladimir. - But, firstly, the footprints do not look like anyone else's, and secondly, a normal predator would either eat or take with it part of the prey. And my rabbits are simply killed.
Prior to this, the "Chupacabra" killed rabbits in the Pavlovsk Ukhanovs' compound on Karl Marx and Averkin streets on January 9th. And a resident of the village of Kamensk Sergey Lyashko almost caught an unknown animal in a trap.
