Over the past six months, at least three doormen have quit their jobs in this elite rented building, all due to sinister paranormal activity.
Building at number 123 is located on the grounds of the historic Caledonian Hospital. After renovation completed last summer, the building houses several luxury apartments.
Everything would be fine, but only soon after the completion of the reconstruction, the building began to hear mysterious, otherworldly sounds and completely inexplicable sounds of footsteps echoing along the corridors. Guests began to report ghosts, apparently former hospital patients, who still wander aimlessly around the building.
This “fame” made it increasingly difficult for the owners to rent apartments, and at least three doormen quit due to the terrible fear they had to endure every working day.
The manager of a nearby building recalled talking to one of their former doormen:
“He said that due to his duty he had to make regular rounds of the building. And every time he heard steps around him and felt someone's presence, as if someone invisible was walking behind all the time."
