The oldest cemetery in Acapulco (Mexico) houses the grave of a boy named Raul "Raulito" Gonzalez.

The child was born on April 2, 1932 and died on February 2, 1933 at the age of 10 months.

His tomb is now the most revered, cleanest and most visited in the entire cemetery. Raulito's tombstone is littered with wreaths, flowers, candles and toys.

All this is due to the fact that the locals believe that this tomb is miraculous and helps to heal even terminally ill people, and also fulfills many other desires.

Until June 2007, Raulito's grave was abandoned a long time ago and no one looked after it. But one day a woman came to the cemetery with a terminally ill little daughter in her arms. According to the cemetery administrator of Susana Garcia, the woman asked how she could find the grave of Raul Gonzalez.

Garcia pointed out to her the location of the burial, and the woman spent an hour and a half at the grave of Raulito, fervently praying for her daughter's recovery. According to her, the girl was so very sick that the doctors did not give her even a day to live. After the end of the prayer, the woman left, still carrying her child in her arms, but now she believed that her daughter would not die.

Two months later, this woman again came to the grave of Raulito. Her daughter was with her and she was completely healthy. To celebrate, the woman brought many toys, flowers and candles to the baby's grave and decorated it beautifully. And soon the story of the miraculous tomb spread throughout Acapulco, and many people also began to pray at Raulito's tombstone.

A few years later, the second case of a miracle, but of a completely different kind, became widely known. An employee of the municipal secretariat of public security almost got into a terrible accident. He lost control of his car and the brakes did not work. The man suddenly remembered the wonderful Raulito and began to pray aloud to him. And almost immediately, he regained control of his car and managed to brake.

In gratitude, the worker visited Raulito's grave and repaired his tombstone, which had not been touched since the 30s. He also brought him many toys and thanked him for saving him.

In fact, Raulito had much more than two miracles.

There are so many toys, including brand new ones in packaging, on the baby's grave that the cemetery administration takes them from time to time to make room for new ones. All toys are then distributed to children in need.
