This is not the first time a strange green-glowing globe appears over the Canadian province of Quebec. Local residents watched him in November and December 2016. This time, a local resident spotted this UFO over a dark forest edge in the late evening of December 10, 2017 (see video below).
The author of the video, who is investigating anomalous phenomena associated with UFOs, is sure that such bright balls are watching people on the ground, photographing and making videos. He advises taking a closer look at the images that appear on the surface of the yellow-green sphere.
“If you stop the video periodically, you can see flickering faces of people and other incomprehensible images,” added an eyewitness.
According to the famous ufologist Scott K. Waring, the balloon that appeared over Quebec is one of the alien drones that can fly for an infinite amount of time, and then suddenly darken and appear in a completely different place.
“I also saw a big face in the 2nd second of the video,” Scott agreed, suggesting the video's author. "I think the aliens sit on the ship or at their base and fly this drone from there."
The ufologist is sure that with the help of such drones, aliens can sense emotions and smells. They can even come into contact with people and experience their bodies as their own. The balls themselves have huge windows on both sides, which is why, according to Scott, you can see faces in them.
“I didn’t know about it until I studied the description of a direct eyewitness about the same unmanned aerial vehicles that appeared over the village of Tepoztlan in Mexico in 1985 and 1993,” added Scott Waring.
