Video: What Is Hiding Under The World Famous Nazca Lines In Peru | Blowing Up History 2024, May
Anonim

The pictogram lines in Peru are quite simple - the top layer of soil (about 10 cm) of reddish pebbles and rubble was removed. Underneath is a mixture of sand, clay, calcite and gypsum of light yellow color. The width of these lines is about 15 centimeters. The rituals in the Nazca desert are somehow connected with the use of ceramic vessels, a huge number of shards of which were found next to all the drawings. They have a convex bottom and are designed to be installed in loose soil, that is, in rock exposed when the upper pebble layer was removed. The diameter of these vessels is 15 centimeters. It matches the line width of the drawings. On the territory of Peru, only the ancient Nazca culture knew vessels with a convex bottom, which cannot be used in everyday life due to their instability and which, most likely, were made only for ritual purposes. According to the calculations of J. Hawkins,in the Nazca desert, 225 thousand such vessels were once placed.

All pictogram drawings are made in the same way - one continuous line was drawn. Vessels for some ritual purposes were placed on the lines of the drawings.

To this observation by J. Hawkins, one can add an assumption: the reception of one line in the image of drawings is dictated by the need to use the lines of pictograms as paths-paths along which a procession of several hundred participants in the ritual with vessels in their hands could first move freely, and then arrange the vessels on the lines at the same, presumably, distances.

The need to securely fix the vessels in the ground led to the convex shape of their bottom. Only here, in the Nazca desert, were such vessels made, and therefore we can conclude that only here the mysterious ritual was carried out. What were the vessels filled with?

The rituals of the ancients are often associated with fire, which means that in this case vegetable (corn) oil or corn vodka "chichi" was poured into them (it was found, in particular, in jugs along with the bodies of the dead). But was there any point in lighting fires under the scorching rays of the Sun? Hardly. So this is a night ritual.

Mikhail Gershtein, our well-known ufologist, suggested to me another idea: in order for the vessels to function as lamps, it was not at all necessary to pour into them such expensive and vital products as vegetable oil and vodka; it is enough to pour ordinary water into them, the surface of which perfectly reflects the rays emanating from our eternal satellite on moonlit nights.

The lamps could illuminate one or two pictograms in one session - otherwise, thousands of people would be required to perform the ritual.

Who could use the encrypted pictogram information? Indeed, according to the deep conviction of all researchers of the Nazca desert without exception, its huge images can only be seen from the air. Was the information contained in them intended for our brothers in mind, as some ufologists believe?

I think that the researchers' idea of the possibility of observing giant images only from the air is their main mistake. There is another possibility of observing these drawings, not from top to bottom, that is, from the air on the ground, but from bottom to top - from the ground in the air. Such a possibility is permissible if conditions favorable for the occurrence of mirages are created in the Nazca desert - the absence of wind, strong heating by the Sun of air layers in direct contact with the soil - for this reason, these layers heat up more than the overlying ones and become less dense; Smooth surface.

The Nazca Desert perfectly satisfies all these conditions.

It is known that city lights are reflected in the sky as in a mirror, as it was, for example, according to the description of the famous French popularizer of science Camille Flammarion in 1869 over Paris. The ancient inhabitants of the Nazca region must have known about the secret of the night mirages. That is why the vessels are on the lines of the pictogram drawings.

Such an artificially created mirage could be observed by residents of the surrounding places hundreds of kilometers from the Nazca desert and was a carrier of some information. Perhaps this information allowed observers to orientate themselves in calendar dates.

How to test the hypothesis of mirages?

Evidence is needed to show that ceramic vessels with a convex bottom were used as lamps. Were these lamps with wicks or was the combustible mixture simply set on fire in the vessel? It is important to collect a collection of shards from vessels so that subsequent analysis can confirm or refute the hypothesis about the sources of mirages. You can conduct an experiment in the desert at night and on calm days - with the help of car lights or, for example, garlands of bulbs. Will mirror images appear in the night sky?

When the article was already prepared, Mikhail Gershtein informed me that in his archive he found a letter sent in 1993 from the city of Naberezhnye Chelny by Takir Minnebaev. In different parts of the world, Takir writes, mirages are widespread. In Tallinn, for example, you can sometimes see the night lights of Helsinki in the sky. Lights of night cities are observed in the steppe and desert. Probably, the author of the letter believes, the ancient inhabitants of the Nazca desert lit fires along the lines or contours of giant drawings, and these lights could be seen far beyond the desert. It is necessary to analyze the soil, the author believes, in order to check if there are any combustion products along these lines. And at present, according to Minnebaev, in the Nazca desert, one can arrange grandiose show performances, lighting the lights along the drawings and then observing their gigantic images in the sky. Unfortunately, the letter was not published, but, despite this, it was Takir Minnebaev who should be considered the first researcher who proposed a version of mirages to solve the Nazca mystery.
