Recently, very often I come across reports of relict creatures that supposedly survived to this day. So in China, in the province of Liaoning, the restoration of a dragon skeleton, found in 1934 at the mouth of a river, 20 kilometers from the city of Yingkou, is kept.
The local newspaper reported at the time that the villagers saw the dragon still alive. He had big eyes and dry gray skin, he was very weak, barely moved and the inhabitants poured water on him, relieving the suffering of the creature, after a few days he disappeared as suddenly as he appeared.
After a strong storm, the dragon reappeared, but already dead, its body was decomposing and exuded a terrible smell, none of the locals dared to approach him. After some time, the remains were collected and taken to the 6th police station, where the bones were laid out in a row for all to see and photographed.
One could say that the skeleton belongs to a sea creature, a young whale, for example, which was carried into the river by a storm, if not for the horned skull. This is how the eastern peoples portrayed the dragon. The further fate of the bones is unknown, after the riots in 1939 they were lost forever.
