“The luminous object was really round, it was getting bigger, hundreds of times bigger than the moon - over 50 nautical miles in diameter,” the excited pilot wrote on his micro-blog. According to him, the same phenomenon was observed by his colleagues from more than a dozen other aircraft that were in the air over Shanghai at that moment. At almost the same time, the inhabitants of Beijing saw a luminous halo in the sky. His photo has already appeared on the Internet, also in micro-blogs. According to eyewitnesses, the glowing circle was small at first, then began to grow before our eyes and move to the north, where it disappeared a few minutes later. Just three days before these cases, a message about the appearance of a UFO in the sky came from the Chongqing municipality in the southwest of the country. UFO was seen near the runway of the local airport,which even forced two flights to land in cities in nearby provinces.
